The house was beautiful but the customer service was horrible. One of the reason we picked this house was the spa, which we were not able to use. The spa was filthy, it had sand and bottle camps in it. I messaged Vacasa and they said they would put a ticket in. We could not use the Master bathroom shower because it would not drain so we had water up to our ankles, they put a ticket in for that. The screen door was broken, ticket for that. Needles to say, I reach out to Vacasa, all they did was put tickets in but no one ever came to address these issues. I will never rent from them again. Thank you Kirsten

This house was beautiful! very clean ( although the jets in the jacuzzi needed to be cleaned out) lots of space for teens to spread out and have fun without disturbing others. Master was fabulous. Good location too.. easy to get to the casino area without having to sit in "lights" traffic. it was pricey, but fair and my son had a wonderful time with his friends, as Did I. thanks!

The property was very large and spread out from nearby cabins. The cabin was off the main strip, but it was less than a ten minute drive to Heavenly Village. Overall, a good location. If you’re going in the winter, watch the ice near the trash lock box. My wife’s dad ended up slipping and hitting his head on the trash box. An ambulance had to come and take him the the ER so that he could have some scans done. The fall was really bad. He ended up with a torn muscle and lots of dental damage. There was no rock salt located at the property so I had to go buy some and maintain that area. We could tell the ice had been there for a while, but it wasn’t noticeable because of the snow fall from the night before. That was the only downside to our trip.

There were three things to note about maintenance.
1. There was a broken cupboard above the oven that you wouldn't notice unless you tried to open it.
2. The heating in the upstairs and downstairs didn't accurately track what we set the temperature to, so we turned it off a couple times to get the heat down below 75F.
3. The biggest issue, the hot tub didn't work. We called the first night and TurnKey called a handyman. I received a text from them saying they would schedule a time the new day. I acknowledged, but they never followed up to schedule. I called TurnKey and they said they would contact the handyman again. The handyman never texted or called back. We stayed at the place from a Thursday to Sunday. If I knew we would't have had a hot tub, we wouldn't have booked the place.

Overall great property, we had a great New Years weekend. The kids had a blast sliding down the hills no need for snow park. The hot tub was over the top chlorinated and the utensils needs some upgrading, but other than that everything was very nice.

This is the first time booking a rental house and me experience was wonderful. The house was the same as the pictures listed, I always wonder that when you rent a place if it will look the same. It was easy check in and out and clean and close to stores and thing to do. My family had a wonderful time and we would rent this house again.
