This condo has been perfectly renovated and is exceptionally clean. Very well appointed- just bring your clothes and groceries and you are set.

The condos are call the Seawinds for a reason, Lillian’s condo absolutely blew me away! I never want to stay in a hotel room again. The place was beautiful, it had all the amenities I needed and the host was always available if needed. I wish I was staying here for pleasure and not work but trust me I took advantage of the incredible balcony overlooking the ocean. If you want an amazing stay with a streamlined check in and out process look not further!

This was our 1st condo rental and we where absolutely amazed that the pictures were exactly what we seen when we arrived. I could not have been more excited about our stay. Thanks for a great experience and I hope to return again.

The condo has everything we need for a Florida vacation. It is very clean and has nice ocean and river views. The location is great. We like the restaurant list in the welcome book. We went to two of the restaurants, they both were really good, we went to the third one, Aunt's Catfish without a reservation, the waiting time was too long, so we gave up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is just perfect. It is right outside of the Daytona crowd which is what we prefer. The view is amazing, and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the sunrise and sunset. The most important thing is that is was very clean! I felt comfortable the entire stay. Thank you!

Everything about this condo was spectacular - the unit, the location, the views, I don't have enough time to say all the positive things about it but if you're looking to book a beauty, this is the one! The condo has everything you need to have a comfortable, ocean-front stay. My boyfriend and I booked for Daytona Biketoberfest and were pleased to have the underground garage parking for our motorcycles. The unit was extremely clean and very well-organized. Lillian was an absolute sweetheart and very responsive. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breath-taking and when I wasn't riding my motorcycle, I was sitting on that balcony soaking in the beautiful beach. Highly recommend!

Wow, just wow. This place was immaculate and had pretty much anything you could need, from coolers to sun hats. The kitchen was well stocked and it had everything you could need.If you are looking for a place away from the crowds this is it. Easy access to the beach and a Publix across the street, what more could you want.

We have stayed at this building many times and this unit was by far the best. The setting , the views, cleanliness, communication with owner, everything was perfect. We will stay again. Thank you

Felt like home. Loved it so much, would love to stay for a month or more off season. Everything was fully stocked and even came with spawning beach turtles on the beach. Thanks for a wonderful week! Highly recommend. Close to everything.

Beautiful property. Views are amazing as advertised. Many amenities in the condo and literally a few step from the ocean. The beach was very private and exclusive. Would definitely stay again!

Absolute gem!! Beautifully decorated and laid out condo. Equipped with everything you might need. Our quick getaway could not have been nicer. Since we are local we visited AGAIN a few weeks later. Nothing could disappoint you about this place!!

Stayed for a few days over our anniversary. Great location right on the beach. Condo is perfectly clean, updated, and an end unit so lots of natural light. Beautiful as you can see from the listing pictures. Owner is fantastic and very responsive. Has all the basics in the kitchen and spices, which we really appreciated. Also well equipped with toiletries. As my husband said, definitely a “repeater”.

My family stayed here in August of 2020 & it was perfect for us! My partner used to live in Ormond for many years, we travel back often to visit her family in the area. That said, she is somewhat particular about the location. Preferring to avoid the crowds & party atmosphere of Daytona as well as commercial hotels. This condo was NOT that, exactly what she wanted! The reservation & check-in process were streamlined & flawless. I can't speak to how responsive the hosts are, because we had no issues or need to reach out during the stay. The location was amazing for us, she walked to Publix often. It's right across the street, if you need to carry more than a few items back. Close to mini-golf, restaurants & some shops. Building, pool & beach were amazing. Not crowded nor commercial and very family friendly. The condo was beyond well stocked, with towels, any kitchen supplies you could need & plenty of beach gear to use. The condo appeared to be recently renovated, very tastefully done & clean as well. The balcony was great, we used it a lot. One evening there were storms, we sat and watched a beautiful lightening show over the ocean for hours. No complaints, we enjoyed it so much her parents booked it for a week in September for a stay themselves. We truly hope to stay again next spring & summer!

The condo is simply fantastic. Clean, tastefully furnished, terrific view, cozy and comfortable. Host very responsive to any issues. There is simply no better place to stay in Ormond Beach and I have been staying or living there for 40 years. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Jealous it is not mine. Absolutely a wonderful, peaceful and very enjoyable place to spend time.

This is a beautiful condominium, everything you need and nothing you don’t. Terrific view of the ocean with a cozy balcony that is shaded in the hot afternoons and always has a nice cooling breeze. Interior is inviting, calming and comfortable. Simply perfect.

I took my mother to Daytona for a NASCAR VIP experience at Daytona. The condo had a fantastic view of the ocean, was clean, and decorated beautifully. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to waves crashing and watch the fish. The location is close to the track so it made for an easy commute. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this wonderful place for a week and loved it. It’s absolutely gorgeous, fully renovated and the owner had made it extremely comfortable by adding personal touches. The condo has everything you may need for your vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked, and the bathrooms have luxurious bath towels, soaps and other personal items. It is very spacious and the views are amazing. It’s right on the beach, so a quick ride on the elevator, and you have your toes in the sand. The beach is great (nobody drives on it except for the life guard and turtle control), and it’s right next to a grocery store and lots of restaurants. We highly recommend this vacation spot and will be returning here in the future.

We have stayed in this unit for several years now and as always, our stay was amazing. The owners are always finding ways to enhance your stay. This year, the condo has been newly renovated and is stunning. They placed a keypad on the door which allows you to not have to carry a key. The check-in/out process is seamless, the unit is full of amenities, from games to beach toys, and the cleaning person does a fabulous job. Another feature we love, being a corner unit, you get ocean views from two sides. I love looking out the window at the ocean while eating breakfast or lunch sitting in the dining area. The condo is in a perfect location. Literally, right on the ocean! It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Daytona, so the beach feels open and the pool is never packed, however, with a short drive, you have all the amenities of Daytona. Also, going North up A1A, there are a ton of excellent food options, most with ocean views and open air, without the Daytona crowds. Groceries from Publix is right across the street!! You can’t go wrong, and we will be back! ❤️

We were thoroughly impressed with the unit, which appeared to be completely renovated very recently. The layout is terrific and the finishes and furniture are beautiful. The place was pristine and the owners covered every detail. We frequent Ormond and have stayed in different rentals in that area on each of our visits. This one was, by far, the best. We are certainly hoping it will be available for our next visit.

This condo is BEAUTIFUL!!! The owners just remodeled it and it is really well done from the kitchen to the bathrooms. They definitely made thoughtful choices. We have stayed in a lot of different places, so I always come prepared with a bag of stuff from my own kitchen (spatulas, knives, a good pair of tongs and stuff like that.) I did not even have to get into my kitchen bag while I was there. As someone who cooks in majority of the time we are on vacation that is a big deal! The bedrooms are really nice sizes which also have their own bathrooms both with the rainfall shower heads and an adjustable shower head to get any sand off of you from the beach. With 2 small kids it made it so much easier to wash/rinse out their hair. My kids were so excited they had a TV in their room and had family games for us to use. They have a keypad lock on their front door which is awesome so you don't have to worry about carrying a key. Made for easy exits and entrances. Also if you are flying in they already have beach toys for kids, chairs, towels and an umbrella for you to use also. We really enjoyed the bocce ball game on the beach. To be honest this is one of the most well stocked condos I have ever stayed in and will definitely be back! Also the view is 10/10. We enjoyed our nights on the balcony after the kids were asleep for the night watching the storms in the distance. It is in walking distance to a couple stores like and some different eateries also which is nice. If you are on the fence about this place just book it you will not be disappointed!!
