We loved our stay at lucas apartments. The apartment was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and the aircon in each area kept the space super comfortable. Everything was exceptional. Thank you for a lovely stay.
We loved the apartment so there wasn't much we didn't like. We all said we would have liked a squeegee mop in the bathroom to keep the floor nice and dry. As there was a walk in shower and the room flooded with four people showering, even if the shower was directed in towards the back of the shower area.
The main bedroom felt as though it was missing a few finishing touches such as a mirror above the dressing table to make it easier to get ready in the morning. Otherwise it was a very large room with a very comfortable bed and ample storage.

the apartments are spacious, clean and well designed. the kitchen has every essential tool to cook small and simple dishes. the staff is extremely welcoming and kind.
the only downside is the position. as a big group having to move long distances is complicated but the uber here are extremely cheap and fast, which solved this problem completely.

The apartment is airy, clean and well-equipped. Communicating with the owner was easy and quick! Will be recommending it to other friends and family and will definitely be back when in Zadar :)

I liked the cleanliness and the overall look of the apartment. The coffee was a nice touch too. The fact that it has a private parking spot is a definite plus.
You couldn't see outside because of the very high windows and It was a little bit noisy in the morning.

The apartment is incredibly comfortable, all pieces of furniture and electrical appliances are of high quality. The rooms are quiet and have a relaxing atmosphere. I would also highlight the helpfulness and flexibility of the host, the handover of keys was simple and he replied almost immediately to our questions.
I consider that it would be practical to install roll-up blinds into the rooms especially for the skylights because the darkening of the rooms is a bit problematic. It would also enhance the comfort if guests could hang their wet clothes or swimsuits on a dryer.

The host was very friendly and the appartement was very much worth the money. Everything was arranged and if we had questions the host would help us out a lot. The best appartement we've been in years

Clean, modern, comfortable, everything new 15 minutes walk to old town via barkajol boat.
Kitchenette needs a few additions to be more usable eg teatowels, plug sockets, oven glove for hot pans.

It’s newly renovated to a very good standard and quality. very comfortable and the air conditioning was great and much needed!
little bit out of the centre - 25 minutes ish but far enough in the heat. that said we had a car and it was a great base of heading off to the beach areas.

Everything was perfect! The rooms are wonderful and very well-equiped, and the building is ideally located, close to the port and to a beach, and not so far by foot from the center of Zadar. The host was kind, helpful and reactive. We definitely recommand this place!

The host was very friendly. Everything was planed throughly and taking care of beforehand. He made sure everything was to our liking even before our arrival and helped us after check out.
We were very well guided and had a brief summary of what to do and the hotspots in zadar.
He provided snacks and bevarages.
The apartment is very modern, once you are in you feel like home and you dont wanna go!
