Exceptional place, amazing breakfast, great host!

His most beautiful and perfect place we could ask for also combines a pool and a private descent to the sea with a hidden and wonderful beach. 10 minutes walking distance from the town so you can enjoy what the town has to offer but not live in it.

Loved the place, very clean and comfortable room, with minimalistic design, all new. Fantastic view, when you're lying on bed you see, the pool, the sea ant the sky! Really nice open space kitchen with all the facilities, you can cook and use the fridge Yacek and his family were really kind and helpful to everything we needed. I shall visit again for sure! Recommend the place without second thoughts

We loved our stay at Anavalos. Jacek and his family gave us a very warm welcom and made us feel at home. The facility is new and is of high quality. The location is perfect with a pool overlooking the bay and a small private beach. We recommend the breakfast, as Jacek and his wife prepare it fresh at your wish (eggs, yoghurt, fresh fruit, juices, local priducts).

Α hidden gem in an otherwise low key area. Ideal for weekend getaways and relaxing. The owners are lovely to talk to and very attentive as they want the guests to have the best experience. Breakfast for champions and views for the most demanding eyes.

Great new hotel with stunning view. There's a fully equipped outdoor kitchen free to use. The room was very nice and clean with an A/C. There are also comfortable sunbeds at the infinity pool. The hosts are really nice and friendly. Thank you for the great stay in your hotel :)

Only the bed is a little bit warm

We loved everything about our visit: the breathtaking views, the supreme architecture, the spa-like design elements, the breakfast spread, and especially the warm welcome from our hosts Jacek and Sylwia. As Americans, we have a reputation for having picky standards. I would put my pickiest American friends at Anavalos without a second thought. The hosts' focus on sustainability was evident in their eco-friendly design and attention to sourcing local products, like honey and preserves. The boutique hotel is perched high to enjoy serene views, and it has an infinity pool, areas for reading, and stone steps that lead sunbathers to a dip in the sea. The village of Kiveri was also a surprise delight (5 mins by car) with tons of cute open-air restaurants frequented by locals. It was our goal to skip the crowds in Santorini and Mykonos, so we opted for a road trip across the Peloponnese to experience a more authentic Greece - and we happened upon Anavalos in Kiveri - which gave us the perfect Greek local experience in style. The property is new so we did not see many other reviews, but I am so glad we took the chance. If Anavalos is available - you should book it!
