Today, (Sept 16th) we had such a pleasantly surprised positive experience with this hotel! We didn't keep any expectations since we just needed a simple place to sleep for the night, but the staff exceeded our expectations.
The front desk staff were so friendly and always greeted and chatted with us. The room was a handicap accessible room in which the bathroom was so clean and had the amenities we needed except the hair dryer was missing.
The airport shuttle was a godsend in convenience, and the driver was always very polite! The front desk even called us to make sure we were on time, which for early flights is helpful!

I had forgotten that I had stayed here two years ago, It was OK then, late night check in, early morning check out. This time I was blasted by the rebirth of the place! Ultra modern refurbishment, outstanding. Dan the front desk man was respectful, courteous, and helpful. Only two minor negatives, the breakfast room was unruly, loud, too loud, for a calm meal, and upon leaving I couldn't get through to the front desk to open the exit gate, (had to walk back in, and finally and luckily bumped into a maintenance man outside} I liked the security of a gated parking lot though!

They have done renovations since our last visit. The upgrades look nice. Breakfast was decent. The employees are all very nice & helpful. My only complaint both times I've stayed would be you have to be extra careful because the sidewalks are slippery.

Entrance was tricky. Almost got on the freeway since it wasn’t very clear. Front desk gal was welcoming and very helpful. The hotel was hot like no air running. Our floor was sticky. The bathroom did not flow well. But the worst part of this hotel was the noise level from the airport. It also shook the room. I wouldn’t stay there again for that reason.
