Everything is nice and clean. Staff are very friendly and polite. The only negative is the room and the bathroom are a bit small but they’re clean. Also there’s construction going on. I would stay there again when I come visit the area.

The rooms were small, but very neat and organized. No air conditioning, but the front desk provided fans, and you can open windows. Summertime in Norway is not too hot, so it was very bearable.
Although the hotel was undergoing renovations at the time, the rooms were very quiet. The front desk apologized for their restaurant being closed and stated that only cold breakfast would be served. Much to our delight, their cold breakfast had a wondrous variety of foods to choose from. I would definitely stay there again.

Was an excellent experience, but there is a lot of construction on the hotel which will make it even better, but did create some inconveniences.

The hotel was a construction site. Heavy machines and worksmen making a lot of noise right outside my room from 07:00.
Holes in the walls inside my room, to get to the breakfast i had to go out and around a corner through building site. Breakfast was sparse and the plates and cutlery was cardboard.
I had a double bed in the room but the blanket was small and couldnt cover me all the way around when laying on the side.
I booked "quality comfort panorama hotel" but got a room in their old building, i think it is false advertising and quite honestly disappointed.
Also be aware, parking is really expensive, 250 NOK,- each day.

The hotel look like a construction site and has a terrible stony entrance. There are to many teenagers partying during the weekend and the base floor looks like a game room. The room have no air conditioners or fridge. We had to sleep in 25 degrees C. No room service or telephone assistance available at the desk. On top of that, they charge for per extra hour for late check out. This should be be 2 star hotel

Really convenient hotel off the E6 - east to find. All amenities were excellent - very much appreciated the breakfast and the service. Fantastic last minute stay for a weary traveller!

Stay was absolutely fine, rooms are a bit on the small side but for a touristic stay still fine. Beds are comfortable. The only thing is that it was very hot in the room despite rainy weather and the window does only open for tilt. Breakfast is abundant and delicious. Parking available for free outside the hotel. You need to register your license plate number in the lobby.
The hotel is a 15 minute bus ride away from the city center with frequent lines passing outside the hotel. A bus ticket for 24 hours costs 120 NOK (June 2021).

Very convenient place to stay on the way to Northern part of Norway. Next to the E6. Hotel has free parking facility. Friendly welcome, comfortable room, clean quiet. Breakfast was very very good with lots of choices. For shopping market is close and also a shopping mall in a short walking distance.

Hotel life isn't that glamourus these days, given the sircumstances. But the staff did a good job, smiling and making the best of things. The room was spotless and the very limited breakfast was good. We had a very good and relaxing stay.

By 5 o'clock am with no sleep at all, I could not take it anymore and checked out to seek refuge and a few hours silent time in my car. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Stay in this total was quite comfortable. Customer service of staffs was also excellent.

Hotel is out of town, but lots of good parking. Room was nice, clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. Mall is close by, no restaurants in the area except Burger King. Hotel is a multi-story building, we were on the 5th floor, very quiet.

Easy to find, conveniently located near two malls. Excellent food in the hotel restaurant. First time we have ever resorted to hotel food and it was excellent. Miriam took very special care of us in the restaurant and Pal (Paul) provided us some great tips on exploring Norway. Two really nice people who made our vacation outstanding!!!

Had to work at Syd City which is a shopping center just across the road, so this hotel was very handy.Found the room to be on the small side compared to what im use to when in Norway but adequate for my short stayThe hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.The breakfast is not the best Ive had but its o.k.I didnt eat at the hotel but went to the Egon restaurant over in Syd City (closes at 21.00hrs).

We stayed one night so it was adequate accommodations and what we needed for location not wanting to travel all the way into Trondheim. Service was wonderful, comfortable lounge, good food at the restaurant for both dinner and included breakfast.
