The cooking utensils were dirty and the frying pan was burned with burned residue still sticked on. There is a small SPA inside my unit but the SPA tub was very dirty with floating insects and foam in the water. This is undesirable.

When we arrived at the hotel, the room wasn't ready and we waited for about 2hours at the site. I was kept told that the room would be ready so we waited. Such a waste of time. We could stay other places on that day.

I liked that it fit our family ( 4 adults and 1 child ) easily with plenty of space! You can’t beat the price with its location.

Pls e is a little dated , you hear every single noise from adjacent rooms - kitchen isn’t really equipped to use - maid lovely and also heads up they are having work done so noisey from 08.00 most mornings - pool is fun for kids but also having work done. Has bones of a great place

I like the property because it is so quiet but I don’t like the hearting system. It was so cold at night.

Older motor lodge so lots of wear but cute place with a loft and kitchen. There was even a private whirlpool in a covered area out the back door but it was a bit dirty so we didn’t use it. The water was nicely heated tho. It was in a great location and close by to all the things we planned to do. The staff was very friendly and held our luggage since it was too early to check in, and they moved our luggage to our room before we got back.

I stayed in Feb and it was great. Came back in June and its dirty our room and spa wasnt clean and ready by check in time. Room had broken amenities, leaky fridge and no heating source at all during winter. Something changed since Feb and its noticeable. Prob wont book again

Very last-minute stay for us and was well worth it. Clean and tidy with a very nice and hot thermal pool. Could do with a little bit of a spruce up in the bathroom, but meets (and compared to some others exceeds) 3 stars in that department. Overall would stay again if given the opportunity.

Loved our stay, great facilities that suited our needs. Loved our spa & the big pool. Friendly/helpful staff. Just some minor maintenance repairs (few of the high vertical blinds need to be clipped back on)

Friendly welcome. Good set up for the room. Bathroom was disappointing the shower was terrible and the bathroom could really do with an upgrade with rusty light fittings etc. The plunge pool with the room was disappointing as it wasn’t what we expected and we couldn’t all fit in. Beds were ok just a bit hard. The room was noisy not sound proof at all. Could hear our neighbours.

We really enjoyed the private plunge pool and the motel pool for the kids which is lit and open at night. The pool area also has a BBQ which is excellent for families.
The best part of the stay had been the super friendly staff. Highly recommended for families!

The room was clean and fresh. Limited kitchen utensils. We had to buy a frypan to cook with. Tea/coffee and shampoo were not replaced. Had to ask for more.

Nice little place to stay, the room had a spa which gathered leaves because the roof was open, but once we scooped the leaves out it was perfect. Thanks to the front team who allowed us to check in late as our flight was delayed, we also left quite early so dropped the key in the box which was easy.

We had a great stay for one night over Easter weekend. The lady at reception was really helpful, and we enjoyed the hot tub in the room.
