In town for the race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. I have stayed here several times and everything was great as was this trip. The only problem i had was an inop hair dryer. Will stay here anytime im in the area.

For it to be a hotel by Hilton it was old outdated, nasty. It smells bad the carpet has really really bad stains and it needs to be cleaner. I’ve never stayed out of Hilton that look like this.

Stayed here a few times. Good clean hotel. Beds are comfortable good linens and towels. Staff are very friendly everything you need.
Wish they would make the small investment of having maintenance stain the furniture where they are scratched and worn. It would really turn the rooms around and it’s the first thing I see at check in. Otherwise would recommend and stay again.

I enjoyed the jacuzzi room. The room was clean to my liking. However, the furniture could be updated but I enjoyed my stay and I was asked through text how things were going. I would stay again.

I stayed two nights and due to the technology outage, I was never issued a room key. The front desk had to ask the security guard or maintenence guy to let me in my room. The hallway rugs were filthy, the room was musty and rug needed shampooing, too. The bed mattress was a 6 out of 10 in comfort. Not the best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed in, by far. It needs a makeover. Staff was friendly.

If you leave your room you can’t get back in unless someone from their staff lets you back in because they can’t issue key cards for your rooms do to the nationwide system failure. Big inconvenience the rooms should have been cheaper as a result of this ,and they don’t tell you about this issue until after you have checking in and have your room deposit.

Arrived at 12:00 pm to check In And was told that they did not have a room for our reservation. Spent over 1 1/2 hrs there n the phone with a hotel.com agent with 0 help. Finally found a new hotel 30 minutes away myself

I have higher expectations for Hilton properties. This one did not meet them, but charged a pretty penny. Hallway carpet were worn. Weather stripping on room door was falling off. They let in pets, so we had loud dogs next to us. Some people got free breakfast, but you do NOT if you book through Hotels.com, and they wanted too much for a rather paltry offering. Lobby was cluttered. Pool was nice and gym was serviceable, though the gym TVs did not work.

We stayed in room 224 and there was a door slamming sound staring from the time we checked in. We thought it was people checking etc, but the noise continued through the night. We did complain but there was no action taken. We were offered a late check out, but the noise continued. Someone needs to check this out.

I ordered the whirlpool suite and the whirlpool didn't work. The desk attendant left me standing there for almost 45 minutes and refused to address the issue. Travelocity customer service had to intervene and resolve the issue.

Was in town for a concert. Had stayed here before and loved it so I thought I would return. Great choice! Friendly, helpful staff! Clean room, comfortable bed! Only negative is housekeeping knocked on door at 7am, but I had forgot to put my Do Not Disturb hanger on the door so totally my fault, not hers. She was simply diligently doing her job. Kudos to her!

I guess for the price I expected it to be nicer than it was. On Saturday morning we woke up to a strong smell of marijuana outside our door. There were a bunch of drunk guys hanging out in the lobby on Friday night when we arrived. The tub was rusty. The water pressure was weak. All the people that worked there were really nice and it was comfortable and clean enough, but the things I listed just left a bad impression.

Was not greeted, just was asked for my ID. I handed here my ID and card and she put it on the counter instead of handing it back to me. Never told me where my room was, the elevator, nothing about the place. Room was nasty. Horrible….Our backs hurt from laying in the hard bed and went to get in the whirlpool and black stuff was coming out when we turned it on. The room had a draft and all. One of the maintenance guys was very nice held the elevator and ask how we were doing. While the others stood by the door and smoked and looked at us like we were in the wrong place. Tub had missing pieces and walls had patch jobs and it seemed old and smelly. Next morning was greeted by a beautiful young lady with long beautiful hair who was so very nice. I willl NEVER EVER come back here.

My check in an subsequent days were great. The only minor thing that struck me was the younger staff member on my checkout. She was very disengaging and not engaging like the rest of the staff.
