Jasmin checked us in and was amazing. She called and checked on us and even came to the room with extra bedding.

Terrible customer service. Christian thinks it's ok to text customers and it's very awkward. They also speculate and charge your account for odd things and then try to justify it. Room want very clean and be was totally against the wall. Whole hotel needs updating.

The A/C in our room for the first night didn’t work. They were able to give us another room for the second nice with a working A/C unit. The beds is both rooms where the most uncomfortable things despite being listed as pillow top on the description.

This 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our trip. Lots of room and the full kitchen was a plus.

Arrived really late to a very nice front desk lady. After a long trip that was very comforting. The suite was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. And the free breakfast was the best I have ever had. Pork carnitas and egg tacos with a side of potatoes and bacon slices. Normal hotel breakfast are one waffle machine and some bagels. I’m coming back

The only thing is i am allergic ti feathers and ur pillows where that. It will be nice that you would have different opposition when we register

Jazmine, who checked us in was lovely. She was sweet and helpful. No complaints about the staff. They were all very nice. When we got to our room, we had to shoulder the door open, the latch worked improperly. The inside decor was pretty worn and the bathroom door dragged and was hard to close. Our room was on the highway side so it was pretty loud all the time.

My boyfriend and I met halfway to watch the hurricanes Miami game and we absolutely loved the hotel. It was like being at home away from home home. If you will it’s almost like a one bedroom apartment the bedroom is separate from the kitchen and the dining area and so is the bathroom, you will love this Motel. It has dishes plates, cups, glasses, spoons, forks, and knives. It has a refrigerator a microwave even a dishwasher a place to wash your dirty dishes a little living room. Honestly, I wish I could live there. Good I’m single and I’m fixing to be 55 I would love to sit there .

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was very quiet, and we rarely heard any noise from outside it. All of the staff that we encountered were very kind and helpful.

The staff was nice and helpful, thumbs up. But this hotel needs a serious renovation. The carpets, tile, bathroom etc need to be updated. The shower dripped solid the whole time. The hall smelled bad the first night we were there. Breakfast pretty good. Bedding on the beds very thin.

Almost everything about the place was amazing. The lobby was beautiful and spacious and outdoor pool area was spotless and equipped with very nice grills. Breakfast was amazing and delicious. Even the room was quite nice. Only issue I had was the bathroom in the room. The shower/tub was really outside and fell very short to the expectations of the rest of the hotel. Some bathrooms updates are definitely needed

The room provided to us seemed to be one of their worst rooms. Not the cleanest for sure. Outdated. Even though I asked for a room that pets do not stay in I think it might of cuz my allergies were so bad. The room also had a window unit. Who does that anymore? So it’s either being cool or covering the window unit for privacy. I will definitely not be staying again at this hotel.

The only downside in my opinion is the absence of restaurants near the hotel. It’s necessary to drive to find adequate dining establishments.

The king size bedroom shade did not close out all the way. Their pillows were flat. I will never travel again without My Pillow. My wife had a crook in her neck the next morning. It took a really long time to cool the king size bedroom while my kids were freezing in the living room and queen size bedroom.
Breakfast was just awesome!
The staff were just the best. My dog had the runnings (severe diarrhea) in the hallway, the staff stepped up big time!
Their workout room was just fabulous. I don’t mind staying there again. The front desk texted me to see if everything was good. And I was texting them to communicate. I never even had to pick up the room phone! It was awesome!

It was a great place to stay but we didn’t have AC our first night and it was very hot and we didn’t sleep. It fixed the next day. The toilet also stopped flushing midway through our stay, so we used the communal restrooms until our stay was over.

just needs some repairs. Bathroom tub faucet needs fixing because water leaks. Ceiling fan in the room Makes a pounding sound. Ironing board had plenty stains on it. Like milkshake spilled on it.
2 nights without housekeeping even if it's to change trash. Breakfast can be better.

All staff was very friendly. Very big and spacious suite. Very clean. Big portion for daily breakfast as well. I was very pleased. Wonderful stay.

The service and accommodations were great. The room was great as well, our door had a functioning handle and lock, it did not have the security hasp on the door. I felt unease without it. At check out I made mention to the front desk concierge. Would definitely stay again.

It was very warm inside the hotel, our first room had an AC that didn't work and had to be moved to another room. Staff was accommodating yet the room was not up to par with other Hilton properties. Dates, leaky faucets, not a lot of space for suite set up.

The staff was extremely nice and willing to help you out. They sent texts to make sure you are happy with your stay.

The room was not stocked with bath towels on arrival. When asked they were only able to supply 3 and said "thats all they had." We had 5 people on the reservation. We had arrived late that evening after 10 so i didnt pay attention to see if the room was properly stocked. We had an event we had to attend to and all of us needed to take showers. It is not okay that we either had to share towels or use the tiny face towles. The room should have been stocked to begin with at least with the bare minimum.

The air conditioner was not working very well. In the shower had to turn the dial all the way to max hot to get luke warm water. Otherwise, everything else was good.
