Room smelled very bad

We didn feel safe, the town was nice but the place not. Our neighbour in the next room was smoking every time, horrible smell, windows didn work well, the sever too.

Management was Professional, was prompt taking care of check in and helpful with assistance with technical support in room. You could tell remodeling was actively in progress. It served its purpose; it was quiet and we rested well.

It's convenient if you're staying just overnight, but the place is terribly expensive for what they have to offer. Someone of the staff entered in my room while I was sleeping around 9am when the checkout is at 11am,I've never seen something like that. On the top of that the staff is not especially welcoming.

this property is dated but still a neat stay on 'the mother road' route 66. Near many places to eat and things to see and do.

Nothing about this place was acceptable: it was dirty, in need of repair, and extremely misleading. All of the bedding was not only dirty, but also stained through. When I asked for clean sheets, I was told they were all "single use" and that "a separate company replaces them once a week" - and neither looked true. From the non-fitted mattress cover to the comforter, stains abound. The bathroom sink/faucet was loose, the shower was grimy, and the entire place has a foul odor. Stay away from this place at all cost. Your money can go much further in this town and this place deserves none of it.

L is for lousy

The motel was terrible. Terrible is an understatement. There were stains on the sheets that were supposed to be clean. Ripped linens, black feet Marks in tub and on floor.

Staff were unbelievably rude, dishonest . Honestly the the place should be condemned.

Highway noise however it is somewhat subdued. Adequate accomodations for the price.

Doors do not seal, the toilet had mold stain, tub was clogged. But it was the cheapest, had good hot water and water pressure.

It doesn’t look safe

For the price the room was old , the bathroom door didn’t shut, there were stains on the sheets and tape on the lamp which didn’t work. Not what I expect for 220.00 a night.

The place was decent for the price. The condition of the building can be improved to attract more guest. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean.

Worst motel ever. Filthy place. Don't go there! Holes in blankets, curtains hanging loose, the floor so diety that we didn't dare to put our lugguge on it. A disgrace!

The room was clean but overall very shabby. Ok for a night but not an extended stay.

Hot water ran out and did not work for my girl friend after my shower

It was old repaint on repaint that held the place toghter ,carpet was old and bumpy did not even spend the night there

I like the staff and they are trying to remodel the hotel Positive changes and reasonabley priced

Friendly Staff.

The staff was pleasant and the run down neglected exterior, did have an artsy. What I didn't enjoy as much was the room: When I hit the light switch coming into the room every recessed light in there came on. Way too brighkpt. One other lamp kind of dim. Tiles missing or needed grout in the bathroom. Microwaves clock was wrong took me all day to figure that out. But the worst was when I went to take a shower I adjusted the heat until it got hot hot then turned it down and set it to shower and the whole tub nozzle game shooting off. No shower that's half of what I went for. The other problem I had I have all hotels in the winter you have to have the heat it on and it's hot air and it drives me out. Not their fault

This property is in Flagstaff Arizona. It was in the 20s that night when we got back to our room. We continue to try to turn the heat on and it did not work. When we explain to the gentleman in the morning at check out the heat was not working he told us we should’ve use the AC Unit that controls the heat as well and we should have known that. Accommodations were awful as well. We would never stay there again even if it was free. The gentleman was rude and condescending.

Very close to downtown and easy access to many dining options. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The toilet seat kept coming off, the bathroom outlet did not work, the room outlets were very loose - plug in would not stay, bathroom vent did not work when showering, Beds could use another blanket. Good points, bed slept good, shower was nice and hot.

This property needs very deep clean. Found other peoples hair in the bed linen Towels old and thin Bedcover very highly stained Carpets dirty Aircon loud Shower fittings and facets and we not secure and very loose This property needs money spent on it and a big clean up. Not pleasant at all

Although the linen and towels seemed clean enough, the floor was filthy. Walking around the room for a couple of minutes in previously clean socks, I noticed the bottom of my socks were filthy from the dirt on the vinyl tile. The buildings' exterior had cracks and peeling paint. If our reservation was refundable, we never would have stayed. Never again. I am actually surprised Expedia represents properties such as this one on it's website.

For the price I was happy! The location is good also. Right in the center of town.
