I liked that they did their best to accommodate us in regards to early check-in and would also hold our luggages just in case the room wasn’t ready. I love that the place was really clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Great experience! Our apartment was very clean, the lady from the reception was very nice and professional and the housekeeper as well. We had a very pleasant stay.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay. From the moment I walked in and was helped, it was fantastic.
I had requested a quieter room on the top floor, they took note of that and were able to accommodate. They put me in a room upstairs, on the back side of the property.
The room itself was huge! You can tell these were likely apartments at one point. I would say it’s about 800+ square feet. Beyond the roomy front room, there was a nice kitchen, large bedroom and great AC.
The location was right in the thick of it. Beyond the nice Cuban restaurant on-site, there were several other restaurants ranging from Americana to Mexican and more. There were also a few European-stem bakeries, and a CVS just a few blocks away.
Overall this was a fantastic stay, and well worth the money compared to other nearby hotels and BNBs.

We arrived early directly off our cruise and we were able to store our luggage and change and enjoy the beach for a few hours until our room was ready. The room was clean and very spacious any comfortable for our 2 day stay.We would definitely stay again. Location was close to many restaurants and shopping and only a five minutes walk to the beach.

The reservation we made was for 1 king bed and 2 double beds. The room we were given was 1 king bed and a sofa bed. When we asked for the room we booked, we were told Expedia books whatever room is available and not what we actually requested. We did not have enough sleeping space for us. This was extremely frustrating and unexpected.

Great location, but poor service. The late check out option was poor, no matter thanksgiving day was quiet and the hotel almost empty. We forgot our staff and medication in the fridge, 11:15am half an hour after we left tried to get it back, front desk said it’s too late, it’s gone. The rest rooms in the hotel were out of use, after we checked out, they advised us to go to the other hotel300m, to use the rest rooms. The housekeeping was coming late afternoon, very environmentally unfriendly

Front desk staff is always great here, this time even better, just smiles, friendliness, and professional demeanor. He did it all, and with speed and politeness. I wish the cleaning staff would not fill the air or maybe the carpet with deodorizer, it is hard to breathe, all you want to do is open the windows, it takes so long to get used to or rid of that smell. it should not be confused with being clean. in fact it feels like they are masking bad smells that come with not being clean.

Location is terrific, rooms are HUGE. Some minor maintenance issues (patio door wouldn't lock, tub drain was broken), but really little stuff. TVs are old and seemingly 720p. Other than that, no complaints at all. Room was clean and serviced daily (which isn't the rule these days). Being set back a bit from Collins Ave is a plus, and the block itself is pretty quiet.

Price for a nights stay was good. Pool wasn’t open. Main lobby desk was closed. Had to go across the street to the Marseille to check in and out.

Nice location, close to everything; beach privileges, very nice pool in a sister hotel. Some issues with AC, but friendly service trying to solve the issue. Beds not too comfortable unfortunately but very spacious unit and very well worth the $ overall.

Cute and convenient apt right in the middle of everythg. Walked across the street to the beach. They give you ticket for chairs and umbrella. It was perfect. Will def stay again.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise this hotel was. Got a super nice suite which was huge. Not worn at all as others have been writing. Over the years I have stayed in five different hotels. This is the one I will return to. Best location, friendly staff. Great to be able to use the nice pool at the sister hotel Marseille across the street.
And sure it’s possible to make scrambled eggs for breakfast without a stove. Just use the microwave (heat-stir-heat-stir).

Love the space of the apts and the quietness for relaxation. Also love the fact that you can use the services of their sister hotel. Having the use of the beach and beach chairs, the restaurants specially the backyard and other services of the sister hotel has amazing.
The cons- the pool nor the sister hotel hotel were heated.

The location is good just a few minutes from the beach and close to restaurants and nightlife. Pool area was never used by anybody as it was situated in the shadow in the back yard.

My sister and I travel to Miami each year and we alway stay at the Dorchester in one of the Suites. This year we got an upstairs suite with small balcony. Beautiful spot for morning coffee and sunshine. Great staff and wonderful location.

The suite was very nice and spacious! Friendly staff and the hotel has the most amazing food . Would highly recommend for families. Great location and can walk to so many cool places. We will stay here again for sure.

Just 'wow!' the hotel is a true gem from the old art deco days of Miami Beach. Check-in was a breeze with the front desk young lady being sweet, but very professional. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. The room I got was an enormous two-room suite with a wonderful balcony overlooking the central hotel patio. It was perfectly clean, with good quality linens and towels and very decent vanity products. It was a shame I only stayed for one night.
The infamous resort fee is a turn-off, but I hear it is charged in almost every hotel in Miami Beach. Had to park four blocks away in the city parking garage, but it is half the price than any other parking in the area.
