Overall a decent stay. Room was cleaned and basic. No elevator so make sure you can easily lug suitcases up the two staircases if on the second level. Would stay here again. Decent price for value on a holiday evening.

I checked in late at about 11pm. I immediately smelled a musty odor when I went in the room, but I figured it was the air conditioner as I had just turned it on. After getting situated, I realized the smell was lingering and was the overall smell of the room. Honestly, I should have complained then, but I was tired and had to wake at 5 am, so I figured I would just talk to the front desk person in the morning, which I did. I informed the worker that I wouldn’t be able to handle it until later in the afternoon. He said he would inform the manager. That did not happen. When I tried to handle it, the manager said they could spray air freshener, which was totally unacceptable to me. The room smell had begun to permeate the clothes left behind while I took care of the business I was in town for. The manager said that they didn’t have any other rooms except the “suite”, which was just a regular room with a jacuzzi. She offered the room for an extra $100 dollars. I asked for a discount. She said that was with the discount. I later looked at the cost for that room and found that that wasn’t truthful. They should have given me the room at the normal rate. I was exhausted already from the poor sleep in the moldy room and the long day of business I had so I decided to just pay the $100 and move on. She let me smell the room before I did this, but after I looked closer, it was obvious that the room wasn’t very clean. The toilet had a ring of mold. Also, I was charged 2x.

It was wonderful stay. The Staff is friendly and helpful. We definitely will come back.

The door to our room, when locked, had a gap all the way around it. We had to stuff plastic bags in it to block the light and heat. There also was no water pressure.

I had 4 rooms reserved for a game in college station and when we check in the first key he gave me didn't work, so I walked down stairs because there is no elevator! Then the second key opened the door but it someone was in the room!!! Then I go downstairs again and he moves me to another room, I open the door and it is soooo sticky and humid inside that the sheets were wet feeling!!! I was done and tired so I slept there anyways! Shipley donuts in the morning was the best part.

Front desk staff was very rude ! Room was nice pool was clean although you are not allowed to take anything to drink. Overall our stay was good

Clean room and beautiful views of the water. Pool was clean and refreshing.

Property was aged and very musty. Remote to tv did not work. Had to go to office to get new batteries. Bathtub enamel was worn off in a couple different places. Just needs overall update.

Quiet.

I made a reservation a week ago, arrived at the hotel and the person at the desk tells me “we don’t have any rooms available””. I tell the manager “I have a reservation” and he tells me that all his guests have checked it. After an hour of trying to figure this out my wife, 3 children and I leave in search of another hotel room. It’s 12:19am as we drive towards Conroe searching for a hotel in a town full of booked up hotel rooms. I encourage Expedia to stop doing business with this hotel, honestly do t think I’ll do business with either of them after this nightmare.

Stayed here one night for a quick business trip. The staff are friendly and the room was very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again

I was extremely surprised at the cleanliness of my room. It's a two-star and old. There were a few broken items and cracks but that's expected. What I did not like was the front desk attendant challenged me when I said the hand dryer in the lobby bathroom was broken. She told me it wasn't so we went to see and of course it was. As if I did not know how to operate a bathroom hand dryer. The second thing with the same front desk attendant ask who I reserved the room from. I said Expedia and she again said I was incorrect. So I mentioned to her that that's the second time you said I was wrong, but the fact is she was. Poor customer service.

Everything was clean and clean smell in our room. Perfect for our little familly to spend the night without any issues. I recommend it!

Customer service is poor, over the pgone and in person. There's no water fountain, breakfast is very limited and continental style. The room was clean and in good condition, location was good. Hotels in the area are very limited and expensive, so I chose Super 8 for this one night stay.

Easy to locate right off highway. Just an average motel. Alright for the price.

Check in & out was fast. Rooms always clean & comfortable. Staff friendly & knowledgeable about the area. Quiet area with many options to eat.

Overnight staff was not helpful. Wi-Fi was not working and I was expected to contact the provider. Fire alarm went off one night but did not stay on. It only beeped twice but was concerning. Ice machine was not working. Snack machine was not working

Everything was perfect

Very convenient. Staff could have been friendlier upon check-in. Breakfast was okay, but pretty spartan compared to similar hotels nearby.

The property was quiet and safe. Easy check in and out.

Stayed 4 nights. The fire alarms went off in middle of night 3 of my 4 nights. Desk clerk said it is caused by someone turning heat on first time of the season. Are wires crossed? Fire hazard? Needs to be checked by an electrician. Room itself was comfortable but I would not stay again for the nightly disturbances.

The fire alarm went off every night at random times. The hotel knew about it. Many other guests complained. Staff said when the heater turned on, it would make the fire alarm go off. So throughout the night you'd hear it go off either in your room or nearby rooms. Made for a miserable experience. The whole place was pretty awful. When we got to our room, the toilet had piss in it, which doesn't bode well for the cleanliness of the room. The TV was hanging on by a thread to the TV stand. The remote barely worked. The phone barely worked. The bathroom was full of holes from failing to hang some shelves. Clearly no one who works here cares about the quality of the hotel or the service. Don't give this place your money.

Super 8 hotel was basic, no frllls hotel. It was clean, looked somewhat new or renovated but still dated in some areas. Quiet despite doors facing outdoors but fire alarm went off both nights we stayed which was disruptive and unsettling.

We enjoyed our stay, the hot tub was amazing, very clean and nice get in after a long day Texas renaissance festival.

Quiet, convenient

The bed was comfortable. You do not hear the traffic on Hwy 105. Breakfast choice was waffle, 2 cereals, OJ, coffee rolls and 1 banana. Morning staff was very pleasant. There wasn't any hand soap.
