The room was very clean with updated bathroom. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet overnight. The older lady at check in wasn’t rude, but definitely could have been a little more friendly.

The pool is Amazing! Indoor and outdoor hot tubs.
There is also a massive indoor play structure.
The hotel is close to trails.
A complimentary 3day bus pass was provided.
The hide-a-bed isn’t the best but I persevered. Everything else excellent.

For the price, we enjoyed our stay. The air-conditioning wasn't quiet, but worked well, and the room stayed comfortably cool while it was blistering hot outside. The housekeeping staff were very kind and thorough, and even though that bathroom layout (large shower and small toilet inside, sink outside) was inconvenient, the cleanliness was top-notch. If you're in the area, go check out the Beaver Boardwalk.

The lounge attached had good food. When we got to the room it had an unpleasant odour that lingered for most of our stay. I’m thinking it was from the water maybe. A/C and tv worked.

Room was clean and looked to be recently upgraded. Staff was friendly. Bar on site was convenient. Wifi was unsecured, so I didn't use it, but overall a good place to stay.

Overall stay was very good, room clean, renovated, shower excellent except for the last night, no hot water in the shower, although it was hot out of the fawcet.

This place is cheap. One example of their cheapness, they have 1 iron for the whole hotel. You have to ask front desk for it and wait.
And don’t be fooled by the pictures. They way worst than they look. It’s better to spend extra $50 than staying in here. Never again

Twin Pines was a perfect place to spend the night. We arrived later and check in was smooth. The room was clean and the shower was good. The only thing was it got really hot and we couldn’t get it cooled off and finally just cracked a window.
