Hotel in very good condition. Staff are polite and professional. Kids playing area is limited, one area of feedback to improve.

This hotel is amazing! Breakfast has a bid variety in food including for kids. Dinner is also delicious and a huge space for dining. If you decide to just stay in the hotel, you will love it but you will need a car to get around but the area is calm and the sound of the ocean is really breathtaking. Rooms were cleaned every day with an extra towel for pool/beach.

Fabulous location with short walk to beautiful beach. Large pool and everything you needbforbrelaxation or activities. Breakastvwasvone of the best I've had in Europe. Close to all major sights but away from the bustlebof Lagos.

Our favorite stop in the Algarve. Walking distance to several restaurants and they have a great beach. Will definitely be back.

Really good for a nice getaway from the noise in neighbouring Albuferia/Faro

Just returned from a lovely week at Porto Bay, our first time since pre covid. A wonderful relaxing holiday with great friendly staff and good food. If anything the food in the Italian restaurant had got even better and we ate there twice. As soon as we entered the hotel, we relaxed and had a great time. Sitting in the many cliff top areas, whether in sun or shade was wonderful. Can’t wait to go back.

Overall stay was lovely, as were all the staff from reception to cleaners throughout our stay! The property was beautiful with amazing views of the sea from our room as well as the pool, lounging areas and on-site Italian restaurant & the beach linked to the hotel via the staircase was lush! It was very quiet and peaceful throughout our stay also in both our room & at the poolside. Only kicker was the spa facilities were virtually fully booked out for pretty much the whole week even we went to book on the day of our arrival for later in our stay. Pool was also a bit chilly (though very refreshing in the strong heats), but speaking with friends and family staying at other hotels, this is a common theme at most hotels in the region.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The village of Olhos de Agua is beautiful. The scenery along this coastline is spectacular. Husband played golf and I joined the exercise classes at hotel which were great. All dining options good along with plenty of choice a small walk away into the town. Perfect location if u want a quieter place away from the hustle and bustle of busy areas

Great position overlooking an amazing beach. Rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast great - lots of choice and staff friendly and helpful. Bus stops within 10 min walk and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel - beautiful beach which was easily accessible. Hotel staff were very considerate in providing a special gift in my room on my birthday.

I would recommend this property to people that want to chill all day and sleep There isn’t much to offer other than that The indoor pool are is rubbish and you must book and pay for the steam room / sauna room Which is ridiculous As you would expect the to be free The cafe and restaurant is a rip off like your in a 5* accommodation in the London city centre Very basic food and to be honest your much better off goin out to eat as everything is very local

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast was superb. We only stayed one night but I would definitely consider staying there again. The view of the ocean from atop the cliff is spectacular!

Check in was smooth and everything was nice enough but just under our expectations. We travelled with our 4 month old, so had to rely on room service which had a very limited menu. The rooms are fine, a bit dated and could use an upgrade, everything creaked, the doors, the balcony sliding door, the bed, toilet seats. A couple of incidents that put me off. 1. We were sat at the bar during happy hour and asked what time buffet was, the staff didn't seem to know, one said 7pm, another said 6pm. So we went over to the restaurant, the manager saw us coming and immediately locked the doors and went back to his rostrum without a single word, eventhough he could clearly see us trying to get in and looking puzzled. Didn't bother clarifying that the restaurant isn't open yet. 2. We had asked for to change our room to a sea view, when I asked if they had any available, the concierge clearly lied and said they were fully booked, and then said their not sure how many are checking out tomorrow, anyway after persisting and speaking to the manager, we were finally given a room and there were clearly many rooms available. Those two experiences have put me off ever going back unfortunately.

Stunning view, nice pool area, walkable beach. Are steps to beach but well played out. Great breakfast, front desk helpful, also had dinner one night that was very good. Enjoyed our stay!

Property very expensive for accommodations. Food was subpar and hotel in of an update. Curtains broken in our room, smelled musty, worn out carpet everywhere. Emailed several times and called about rooms together because of small children. They weren’t very helpful and seemed put out by my request. I would not recommend to anyone

Beautiful property, convenient location for exploring the Algarve, wonderful staff and really nice dining options. Highlights are access to the beach, live music in the bar every night, super comfortable beds and a nice little balcony for stepping out for some fresh air directly from your room. Based on all the lovely outdoor furniture and swimming pools, it would be a fantastic place for group gatherings. There are a few hidden decks filled with cozy seating for those who want a chill hangout to enjoy the amazing scenery. Definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

Hotel does need some designated parking for its guest. But otherwise the hotel and area was a great place to visit.

Very nice property and great front desk staff. Rooms are outdated but clean. The view is fantastic and easily accessible to the beach!

The beach and trails right behind the hotel are incredible! The buffet breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!
