The staff was amazing a little mix up with the rooms but they took care of it the location your in the center of pretty much everything the beds were kinda small but overall you can’t go wrong I’d stay there again

Another great stay—they just need to fix the jacuzzi so that guests can enjoy it.

Excellent location for food and parking. The beach was in walking distance as well. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable.

It was great overall. The staff were very friendly and nice. The only issue was the pool area had a lot of mosquitoes. Overall it was a great stay. They even have a mini rooftop area on the fourth floor!

as I am writing this review we are at the airport heading back. let me tell you first about the room: NO REF, NO MICROWAVE, NO CHAIR, NO WHOLE BODY MIRROR AND NO TABLE me and my husband had to use our luggages flat down to use as table. first day and second day they cleaned the room etc... third day, we had to talk to 3 people just to tell them to CLEAN our room. do we have to beg to clean our room? around almost evening we saw the female cleaner who had an atittude chitchatting with the male frontdesk we told them PLEASE CLEAN? we went out and after we came back, she just fixed the bed DID NOT CHANGE ANY BEDDINGS, DID NOT PUT ANY TOILET PAPER and the thing that pissed me off big time is that SHE PUT ALL THE CLEAN TOWELS ON TOP OF TOILET SEAT AND LEFT THE DIRTY ON THE FLOOR. now, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! 4th day up to our last THEY DID NOT CLEAN... also let me tell you ANTS AND MOSQUITOS inside our room and SMELLEY ROOM TOO. please do not messed up your vacation in this terrible terrible hotel. very unprofessional treated us like a CRAP. terrible experience.

Awesome place to stay!

Small but decent room. Had a bit of a smell and the bathroom didnt have a working fan or lock on the door.

I paid for a double queen bed and when we got there the beds had pee stains on it and the bathroom was nasty and they didn’t want to move us to another room until I took a photo of the bed and then they moved us to a better room and that room was good but the staff attitude was terrible.

The place was clean and great location. The front desk was super nice and helpful.

I didn’t get the room I booked. I stayed for 4 nights and never received fresh towels or any housekeeping services.

The staff was very professional and polite. The rooms were a little small but clean. The “chat with me” option did not work so we had to go all the way downstairs to get toilet paper each day. No parking lot so it was an inconvenience but overall the staff made up for the shortcomings.

I loved the place, the only issue I had was that check in was at 4pm they didn’t give us the room till 4:30pm due to them cleaning it.

No chairs to sit in the room, the AC was good also.

My stay at the Ivy Hotel was nothing but great. I have no complaints. The staff were super helpful & friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10 will stay again!!!!
