I never write any negative reviews about any hotel. However, this is the worse hotel that I never booked. Staff not professional. ( very task not friendly). No towels. Bath tub clogged. Sink drain very slowly. Can’t talk to staff before 10:00am. I never experienced any Extended Stay in my life. I will NEVER stay an Extended Stay again. I have all the pictures if you need them.

I booked a room and paid in full up front. When we went to check in we waited 5 minutes for the attendant to come and help us just for her to say we have no more rooms. Seriously how can you reserve a room and get there and you have no more rooms!!!!

No one was patrolling the hallways and the quiet time was not observed. We were up till 3:30 in the morning. People were running up and down the hallways all night.

The TV in the room did not have cable. The toilet had dirsty stains, unsanitary. The beds do not come with enough pillows or blankets. Front desk was no help at all after 10pm

Went to check in and was told they didn’t have all rooms clean so was told to leave after booking a week prior

Our stay was top notch, from staff to facilities, cleanliness. Great stay.

Very disappointed. I booked a room, but the staff called me and told me the room was full and they deducted my money.

Horrible, midding cieling tiles in hallways, awful smells. We got to the room late 2:30am to be greeted by a roach waiting for us. To late to find different accommodations so we stay. Was very uncomfortable bed, wake up look at wall accross the room after a couple of hours of awful rest, to see a roach running along the wall. Quickly get up open cutains get dressed, go down no one at front desk again, dealt with this at check in ( you have to call a numbe and wait for a answer then wait for someone to come to the desk) the GM notices us (cousin went down also because same issues in the next room) GM goes up with us looks in room looking with curtains open floor looks to never been cleaned i point that out, GM looks under sink pulls out fridge, states not infestation, because she saw none. I informed i have pictures showed them to her, because otherwise i would not have gotten a refund and been able to get out of second night. DO NOT STAY HERE, area is nice and convenient but not this nasty place. Will not let me add photos

it wasn't bad but it could've been better. Staff was good and helpful none of the emergency doors locked at less the ones on my end. I don't mind weed smoke at all but it smelt like Bob Marly was next door to me. The room was clean but it did feel like a jail cell ( i never been to jail just seen from the movies ) orverall i give them a 3/5 Star

The property was bad. The hotel had a terrible smell and there was homeless people sleeping in the hallways. There was broken glass in front of my room and in the stairwell

It was a non smoke hotel, but the entire hotel smelled like smoke.

The front desk guy was awesome. The room was not. He had to open the door for me cause it would not work. It just felt like a low income apartment complex . I have stayed at extended stay in the past and it has been great but this location I would not recommend

First room wasn’t clean. Second room had unflushed urine in the bathroom. Floor not swept. Shower head clogged! Tv was unplugged. Dog’s running around loose in the hallways.

My sheets were dirty and had the previous guests hair all over it, no way the sheets were changed. I cleaned piss off the toilet seat and had to clean the bathroom counter as well because there was water everywhere. All my towels were dirty and had blood on it. The room wasn’t cleaned. I will never stay here again.

The people were pleasant. The rooms have hair everywhere. The hallway was the same and obviously doesn’t get swept at all. Was there two days then went to another hotel. The key cards rarely worked. Very unhappy.

The property seems to have a lot of long term people staying there. They don’t seem to cater to people staying a few nights, there was no coffee pot, no ice, no toiletries. The staff was very nice and helpful, but absolutely no staff on duty overnight. The key card system definitely needs to be addressed, as room keys didn’t always work.

The room had a musty smell. The sheets on the beds were damp, as if they had not been properly dried by the laundry staff. We arrived late for check-in (1am). The after hours checkin oricess documented at the closed counter were different than what were printed beside the after hours phone. Took over 15 minutes before was able to get someone to assist with checkin. Had 2 room keys. Inconsistant with frequency that either key worked for either entering the building or the room. My credit card was billed twice, and both transactions were higher than the invoiced rate. Required follow the next day to get the transactions corrected.

The room was not clean, the towels were stained, and the sheets were scratchy..

Not well cleaned, awful and noisy bed, no ice bucket or glasses or coffee maker, police banging on doors in the early AM. Hard pass.

Didn’t uphold extended stay quality. More like a motel 6 but price of extended stay. Was very clean just won’t be what you expect.

Very clean hotel, with friendly staff. DOUG is and awesome maintenance Guy. The surrounding area is very clean as well as the hotel!

I felt very unsafe I felt I was at a slum apartment building. Expedia,shame on you for offering this motel.

Paid for room but took 45 minutes for Hotels.com to send to hotel for checking into the room. Room sheets were clean but that was it…everything else was dusty and not cleaned.

Trying to check in late was a horrible experience. We waited at least 30 minutes before someone came to help us. The key card readers maybe worked 1 out of 10 swipes of the card.

Very good room and exceptional service.

The bathroom had a leak that you can hear all night. The walls were very thin where you can hear every little thing from down the hall so you could not sleep peacefully.

I truly thought I could sleep anywhere at any time. We had two rooms, four adults. Every one of us complained about the bed. Every one of us said we were awake at least once every hour. That was the roughest drive leaving after two nights of very little sleep. Bedding needs upgraded.
