Not great. Definitely not suites, small kitchenette taking all the space in the small room. Feels old, beat up and incredibly noisy. Not worth what they charge...

Stay was fine, no issues with the room. Only problem was that the room wasn’t ready for checkin. I had to wait 20+ min after checking in for my room to be cleaned. And it still wasn’t ready when I quit sitting around waiting for staff to tell it was done. I went to the room and they were very much actively cleaning the room and preparing it. I tested the cards to ensure they worked and left for a bit of business.

Clean and comfy bed pillows. Free coffee was perfect for my 1 night stay.

Hotel was very clean and was having renovations done. Staff was wonderful.

Place was clean, and ready on time (asked for an early check in because of a wedding in the area). Room was clean and ready. Have stayed here before and always have had similar results. Only downside was the hallway walking from the elevator to the room smelled a bit funky, but the room itself smelled clean and fresh.

When you check in, the reception area is being renovated. We were told we were on the 4th floor and our room was 4 levels down. It needs a lot of renovations. Being on the ground level had a musty, damp feel. The beds were comfortable but the room needed a good makeover.

Nice facility. Could use a Hook in bathroom to hang towels and a small table to eat and a luggage rack to set suitcase

Made reservations at this hotel because they had a handicapped shower that was need for my father. At check in they said they didn't have the reserved handicapped room. To make up for it they would upgrade them to a handicapped suite. Great nope, it was a portable hand Shower chair. When we went to our room the hallway stank of something I can't describe. One last problem in my parents room there was a beep going on that turned out to be the dishwasher, They didn't figure it out we did. The night clerk said the manger would call me. I waited for the call, it's been two weeks no call. I gave them a chance to call me before I wrote this. Don't stay at this hotel!!!

Very basic amenities but good for an overnight stay. Mattress was too soft and the room had a lingering stale cigarette odor. Having a tv guide would be helpful too. We were here a few years back and it seems to have declined a bit. It was very clean and the staff was welcoming!

Unfortunately the lobby area was under remodel and the room they gave me was a queen suite when I reserved a king. Also my room was directly opposite the employee laundry room so the mornings were not a quiet time.

Hotel is getting a new check-in area resulting in no front desk. We were traveling with a dog so requested a king suite on the first floor. In this particular hotel the lobby is on the 4th floor with the first floor is 4 floors down on the elevator with a reluctant and nervous dog. The assigned room was a queen, not the king I reserved. The hotel was fully booked so no change available. Also, no breakfast due to construction. Also, don’t count on streaming as tv is not a smart tv. Basically a good place to stay but, for us, a series of inconveniences. I booked on line. I suggest you call the hotel directly.

The room was not cleaned very good. If we stayed for a extended visit this would have been great. For 1 night go to a different hotel.

Very comfortable room. well equipped. Needed more light in bathroom and would have liked a breakfast included option. But staff are very pleasant and bed super comfy.

I loved the room. The view was amazing! Just wish the cleaning ladies would have knocked on the door before just trying to open it. We were not checked out and they started to come into our room while we were in it.

Stayed here many times. Conveniently located off I81 and quiet.

Room was clean, it had a nice kitchen with stove top, refrigerator full size, and mircowave, nice desk area, bed was soft to the point of almost being too soft. Great view of the valley. Sitting on top of a ridge/mountain.

Now new towels. After staining there dor 5 days. Thae last day, they took of the sheets of my bed and didnt put new sheets on. I had to do it myself.

The room was very nice, clean, well appointed. The bed was comfortable and it was a lovely stay. No breakfast, but that's not a big deal. The highway is close but with the fan on the unit, it helped keep the sound constant for sleeping.

Stayed just over a week. Everyone I encountered was very cheerful and helpful. There is no breakfast but they have a small bodega and the prices are reasonable. Free coffee and hot chocolate. The room was clean and spacious. Mattress was not the best, too soft and tended to sink in the middle. Close to shopping and many restaurants. Next time I am in Hazleton, I will choose this hotel.

Booked two rooms for a family (2 adults, 3 kids). Got there to check in and was told they were only seeing reservation for one room and was told to contact hotels.com customer service as they cannot do anything about it even after showed them the reservation on the app with the conformation #. The front desk guy extremely rude, confrontational and utterly useless as he refused to help in any other way. While we were reaching out to hotels.com customer service, the manager showed up and told us to leave the premises with our kidds immediately. He commented that we shouldn't have any problem finding accommodations elsewhere at 7:30pm in the night and also told us to try the Hampton Inn close and it might be a bit more expensive. I am not sure how to process the managers comments as we are an interracial couple with kids. Overall the experience took an emotional toll on my family, as we were targeted and embarrassed in front of other patrons. We also noticed that the guy at the front desk was also very rude to the customer who came back to his room after being away at a work site all day to an overflowing toilet. Hotels.com customer service contacted and confirmed with me that indeed there were two rooms under the reservation id/confirmation #, but the front desk guys ineptness and utter lack of any customer service skills ruined our evening. The front desk guy also threatened me by saying "do you know who I am". I will be contacting Candlewood corporate to inform them about it.
