Very lovely hotel/pension. It's a family-owned business and they are just lovely. Super helpful, great English, problem-solvers. Breakfast is simple but very nice. Bed, shower, etc, comfy and clean. Wifi works well. Really recommend.

We visited Sarajevo for the first time, staying at Villa Harmony for the entire stay of five nights, which I would gladly do again.
Here's why - The hotel is located on a hill only a couple of kilometers from the city which makes for a quiet stay with a nice view. Taxi to the city is very affordable at around 7KM (the currency, not the distance) to the old town.
The rooms are clean, has comfortable beds and the air is good.
They are equipped with AC and for the bathroom there's a hair dryer.
Showers are clean and has good water pressure.
For soap you get a 2 in 1 soap/shampoo.
Breakfast which is included in the price is simple but sufficient and consisted of bread, salami and sausage, a couple of different cheese, yogurt, cereal, eggs (both scrambled and boiled), coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
The best thing about this hotel however is most definitely the owners! They are super friendly and helpful and will gladly give you tips about things to see and do and they can help you arrange a taxi anywhere any time.
In my work I stay at different hotels for around 100 nights per year all around Sweden and I don't recall ever encountering such helpful people. The same stands true for hotels I've visited around the world as well.
I can highly recommend everybody visiting Sarajevo to consider Harmony. It is not luxurious but it is comfortable, clean and a very pleasant stay!

The hotel met its expectation as described. It had car parking . The people at the hotel were very helpful in guiding you from hotel to old town. They would always call the cab . Breakfast was excellent .

It was away from the main centre of town but very convenient. Taxi rides into town or the airport arrive within
a very few minutes of request at the property. It is spotlessly clean, breakfast buffet is excellent.Tariq and his brother who run Harmony are very pleasing and helpful to deal with.

The hotel is extremely clean, the owners are so friendly, the breakfast was great, and I had a parking place for my motorcycle! It is also very close to the city center, and you have good wifi, looks just like in the pictures. I will be back, for sure.

It’s hard to recommend a property when items have been stolen out of your locked hotel room

Traik is an amazing Host and was extremely helpfully. From
Lending us money for a cab to helping with cases . I can highly recommend this property to stay at. It’s about a 20 min stroll to the river and the city ( a little bit further to the old town ). Taxis are very cheap . Breakfast was great hold and cold selections. Rooms were comfy and appointed well.

During check in we were told they are updating credit card system and can only pay cash!! Not sure why it takes days to update the system but my take is they want to save on the 2% Visa commission which is really inconvenient to guests. When trying to discuss the issue one of the check in staff was rather rude and even started to hit head with his hands...go figure!! On check out morning there was no running water at the hotel. We were told it's a matter of 30 mins but when we checked out the issue was still unresolved. Overall, our experience was just okay but probably next time we will stay closer to the city center.

Beautiful room, view of Sarajevo was unique and breathtaking! Easy walk into the city and front desk was also very helpful calling me a cab. Wifi was strong. Great breakfast. This hotel is clean, family run and very welcoming to guests. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Super clean, and hotel staff jumped politely to every need, including calling taxis for us, and guiding us in and out of a tight parking lot every time we drove. They automatically upgraded us to a better room with a large balcony overlooking the city. In every respect, you can't go wrong with this excellent hotel.

An ok hotel, a long way from the old town. The double room was very small, with barely room for our cases. You can feel the springs through the mattress. But it's clean, the staff are reasonably friendly and taxis into town are less than 4 euros.

Everything is good (good internet, service, clean...) except the location, however it costs only 3 euro to get downtown. (From downtown back to the hotel a taxi driver refused to turn on the meter & asked for 5 euro).

It was ok!!! A place to crash.

They wanted the hotel charge Cash only. The hotel is in a far away location so this was a problem. It was our last day so we had to pay in Euros. There were two separate beds. But parking was available and the staff was very nice.

Got lost finding it with GPS. Staff insinuating it was easy for everyone else to find. Other staff were very friendly and attentive and helpful. We would stay here again. Just be aware of possibility of getting lost finding it.

This is a family owned hotel. From the moment Benjamin picked me up at the airport, I felt like I was being looked after like family. Very gracious and accomodating. Fluent English. The hotel itself is set up on a hill looking over Sarajevo. 10 min drive from airport or town. The comfortable bed was so welcome after traveling 24 hours. Am eating from their delicious breakfast buffet now. Cheers!
