Beds were hard, pillows were extremely soft, room lighting was very dim, curtains were torn and partially missing, and no coffee pot in room as advertised.

Recommend staying here. Good customer service, friendly staff, and breakfast was fresh and hot.

Beds were never changed out or made. They only would take out trash and replace towels and vacuum. But never change out the bed sheets or remade the beds

We stay here often when visiting family in Wolfforth. It’s an older property but always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is better than what most other places serve.

The Door had a big Gap between the wall Could not close the curtain when nobody could look in the window

Not what you expect from IHG. My husband was in the hospital and I had to stay here by myself. Contemplated leaving more than once. A hospital chair would have been better. Guess why the cost was so low.

clean hotel, rooms were clean except the bathroom could use better cleaning behind the door and around the rim of the bathtub had mold, otherwise felt safe and secure at the hotel. would stay again

Great location, almost in the countryside, in Wolfforth city limits next door to one of the best suburban areas of Lubbock. Nice facility, well-furnished room, helpful staff, good free breakfast. I didn't use the indoor pool and spa, but they appeared to be well maintained. Quiet facility and peaceful surroundings. Located near US-62 freeway feeding into downtown Lubbock, but very little freeway noise. One negative: the equipment in the guest laundry was unsatisfactory-- look elsewhere to do any laundry. But other than that, this is the place to stay if you're in the Lubbock area and don't need to be near the city center.

The hotel was nice just you’re average hotel, but when we checked in around 3:30 they only had one room ready and we had to wait about 2 hrs for the second room thank goodness we didn’t have anything planned and we’re just being a little lazy but it definitely could of be a real inconvenience if things were different. All of the staff was amazing! The young man who checked me in to the breakfast buffet lady! They really made the experience a great one!

First and foremost- a round toilet seat on an oblong toilet, mold in bathroom and it stunk. On top of that the hot tub in the room was dirty. Not what ive expected from Holiday Inn franchise. Very disappointed in the room. Had to have my keys reprogrammed twice just to get. Overall very poor experience

Bathtub didn’t drain, commode ran all night and wouldn’t flush, hot upon arrival. They only gave us two towels. There were no towels at the pool. Door key scanning didn’t work at pool or on exterior door entrance. Mold on ceiling in pool area and in our room shower. This was close to event we were attending. That’s about all I can say.

The overall stay was good. When I first walked into the hotel I was a little concerned because there was a pet odor that was pretty strong. However, the halls and our room did not have this pet odor. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Came into Lubbock, TX for a wedding and this hotel was close to the venue and recommended by wedding party. The hotel is outdated, torn curtains, shade, pillows are not clean, wet old towel left in the room from previous stay, and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. It looked very rundown. I hade a credit so I didn’t really have to pay, but I waisted that credit on a crappy hotel.

We had a 3 night reservation but an emergency came up and we had to leave! I call to inform them about 12 noon but didn’t get back to the hotel til a little after one. They allowed us to check out and didn’t charge us for the second day - very understanding and we are grateful! Some furnishing were getting worn but over all no complaints!

My stay at this hotel was an experience worth raving about. From the moment I stepped into the lobby I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. I was delighted to find that the room was impeccably clean. Every nook and cranny seem to have been meticulously attended to, leaving no room for even the slightest hint of dust or dirt. The Linens were crisp, the floors were shiny and the bathroom sparkled. The bad, adorned with plush pillows and soft sheets was like sinking into a cloud after a long day of traveling.

This is our 2nd attempt at trying to stay at this hotel. Last year they cancelled our reservation 2 hrs before we got to the hotel for a volleyball tournament and had to scramble to find another hotel last minute with ended up being more expensive then the room we had. Then this weekend we get to the hotel and they said they only had a king room for a family of 4 because they were completely booked for the weekend. Which we were here again for a volleyball tournament. So again I had to call multiple hotels to find one that had 2 queen beds that we had originally booked months in advance. Managers are no help at all.

The property was within a very short distance of the surgery center. The stay was quiet and comfortable.

It was a great stay this is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location. Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and on top of everything, and it is a nice quiet hotel not far at all from anything in Lubbock. Great stay, I plan to continue to stay here when we travel to Lubbock for our kids sports!

My bed had a blood stain on the comforter. You could clearly tell that it was dry blood and not washed. Our door had been clearly bursted in at some point before so you could see into our room through the gap. Not safe, and carpets were very dirty. The hotel ran out of towels. They had no clean towels the 3 days we were there. Would I stay there again? No…

The worst hotel management I have ever experienced! Book elsewhere because this hotel is horrible!!! Ceiling fans dangling from the ceiling not secure. Collection of years of dust coat the walls. Flower pedals from previous occupants still on floors. Had to switch rooms because the hotel over booked. No hot water. No towels. Management doesn’t care to make anything right says if you want go to another hotel!

This property is no longer new, you can see the wear in different places…the staff was working hard to get everyone checked in to their rooms and filled our requests for extra towels and bedding promptly.
