It was the perfect place to take young children and having a convenience store on the property was a hit with the adults!! The park and mini-golf were the highlights for my grandchildren and we found the employees were super friendly! I would totally recommend this place for a family vacation!!

The resort is very nice. Enjoyed our stay. What I didn't like was that I was charged so much more booking with Expedia then if I had called the resort directly. It was substantially more and I will not use Expedia again

We had a wonderful stay, my son had a blast at the playground and can’t stop talking about the pool. Wonderful family environment, and great onsite amenities.

It’s very clean and the employees are very friendly and accommodating.We were also able to talk to the owner who is very nice and even let us stayed longer after check out time because it’s raining and our ferry ride is still 9 hours away. He even offered us to use the pool. It’s very close to the beach and loved the pool and slides. Really had a great time with our friends and family. We’ll for sure come back again.😍

The room we stayed in was clean and upgraded, nice to have a patio with a bbq. The place is very dog friendly and had great amenities, like a pool with a slide, mini golf and a store with anything you could need. The location is close to beaches and is very quiet at night. The staff is extremely friendly and very polite, if you need anything they are always available. Would definitely stay again and probably for a longer time.

We had a great stay. Would go back for sure. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
The days we were there the big waterslide wasn't working. But the little one did and there's also a mini golf area.
Parking was right infront of our room. Super convenient
This is not a luxury hotel but had everything we need. And didn't have to break the bank for a comfy stay with kitchenette

Amazing stay at the resort every one is so nice and friendly and the staff was very helpful and very friendly and nice wanted to say thanks to all the staff we will definitely stay there again on are next family vacation I totally recommend it the service is above and beyond. Kids had so much. Location excellent. Staff went on and beyond. Only thing was the fans in room were not cild enough lol. But hey it has been hot out. And i thought i read airconditioners. But over all we loved it. And yes we are booking in the next month for next year. Thank you you guys.

We loved our stay! The suite was very nice and clean. Kitchen had almost everything needed, could have used a can opener but was not a deal breaker by any means! It was so nice having our own little patio area, bbq and fire pit! Great family atmosphere! Overall just an amazing time! We plan on making this our yearly spot and have already recommended it to our friends to join us next time!

Great pool for the family to hang out in during the day. Close to beaches and good restaurants. Close to some good hiking areas.
The room we had didn't have AC and there was no screen on the patio door so we only had the one window for fresh air overnight.
We were poolside which gave us a nice little fenced in area with a BBQ, table and chairs.

Our fifth time back to Riverside it’s been a family favourite. Tried the glamping trailer this time and had a blast. If you like to bbq just remember it doesn’t come with a propane tank. Other than that it was a great spot for a summer getaway. The pool and water slide is always a hit!

Our stay was Thurs-Sat. The property is a mix of permanent residence in rv's, vacation spots for rvs , apartment style cabins and 2 bedroom cabins for rent. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin #30 that opened to a grassy communal area. Cabin was clean and large and allows dogs. My only issue was that both side table lamps in the main bedroom didnt work. Both had broken switches. Told front desk so hopefully that gets fixed. I never caught the mans name at the front desk that was helping us but he was great and fun and we appreciated that. The pool and slide were fun and when the slide is on they have a lifeguard so thats an extra bonus for the familiea and safety. We enjoyed it alot and will def head back. I highly recommend. They also swrve pizza ice cream and have a full convenience store. Thanks for a great few days.

Great location. Short walk to the beach. Rooms were spacious. Our king size bed room smelled of smoke...bery strong smell. If they bleached the fan in the bathroom that would help but other than that clean and had a good time.

Tidy, recently Reno-ed, lots of fun family things to do. Having a kitchenette was great and saved us a lot of trouble for meals etc. Only real downside was it was noisy beside the parking lot with trucks pulling in at night (loud engines). Staff were friendly and helpful. Wished I would have known that the rates were lower and this site charges a 50$ fee to support the eir business. Rate advertised online was 160$ and the actual rate at the site was 108$. Save yourself 50$ and just call them to book a reservation.

Great place for family, lots of things for kids to do. Reasonable prices. Our condo was cold, windows were so thin I think the cold got in and it was noisy. Couldn’t get anything on the tv’s to work, and the coffee machine and kettle were hard to operate, they worked when they wanted to.

Great value especially in the off season. Cabin was spacious and had a full kitchen with table and chairs which was super convenient.
Beds were comfy but we found lots of little hairs in the sheets (looked like cat fur... love that it's pet-friendly but that requires extra cleaning!)
Loved that there was a nice little patio with bbq and chair and a grassy area to play and have a fire (each cabin has a fire pit). Staff was very friendly and helpful.
