For the price I expect a pillow that isn’t made out of rocks the pillow was so hard I virtually got no sleep. The bedrooms were some what clean, between the bed had a mountain of dust. I would not reccomend anyone to stay here for that fact, very outdated cheaply renovated hotel.

Location close to rail station. In an industrial looking area. Nice market and convenience stores nearby. Hotel dark and dated looking. Coin operated washer dryer near lobby on property. Small coffee shop on second floor. Free relatively fast Wi-Fi service in room but spotty connectivity outside room in rest of property. Typical small Japanese hotel. Single outlet on desk. Extension cord provided to use microwave and hot pot. Small refrigerator. Price is reasonable. Would recommend if traveling alone on business and want to stay somewhere economical, close to train yet very near Yokohama (3 stops away).

I reserved a non-smoking room for 3, but we received a smoking one. I told them to find us a new non-smoking room because we have health issues especially with pollutants. Right when we entered the room, it smelled as a smoking room. Not only they insisted that what they gave us was a non-smoking which was not, they dismissed my complaint and did not take responsibility. They told us it was only one night that we booked so they cannot change. I took photos of the room which shows the ashtray by the table. After that one night stay, we moved to our new hotel which was complete opposite of this hotel. On our way to the new place, we felt different. We all got sick, but my mom got it worst. After moving to a new hotel, we rushed her to the hospital. They even thought it was COVID, but her test was negative and her illness was due to the fact that we stayed in that room which can be proved by the doctor's findings. Our dream vacation turned into a nightmare of health issues and stayed in for the rest of our time here. We will not go back nor recommend this place. Unprofessional and Irresponsible staff, and unhealthy environment.

You get what you pay. If you’re doing a lot of sightseeing and just need a place to sleep then this is the place.

This hotel accept same day reservation with good rate through Hotels.com. the staffs is very attentive although hardly speak English nor hear it. Room is adequate, bed is quite small even for two Asian. Have tv, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, hot water. Wifi is so-so, more faster though my mobile data packages. Located on good neighborhood and surrounding area. Great breakfast with lot of choice. After service is also splendid! They offer to keep my luggages there for free untill 4 pm even though I am going to store the luggages in coin lockers. Two thumbs for excellent service from front desk staffs.

Room was clean however it was not bright enough. There is a supermarket nearby and many convenient store around.Jr and keikyu line less than 10 minutes walk.

I could only book smoking room even we don't smoke because of very attractive price. But, huge regret. I couldn't sleep & wake up few times during night due to strong smoking smell. Air freshener not enough

Buyer beware. No intent as advertised and tiny room wad painted charcoal color. Not recommended.

good experience, rooms a little small in size, but clean and very conveniently located near the Tsurumi JR line. Highly recommended.

Not a family vacation hotel

The double economy room was small but the window is openable and the included wired internet was excellent. There was a microwave in the room and there were vending machines with soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and cup noodles in the lobby. The coin-operated washing and drying machines were useful. Staff are friendly, they write things down in English if there is trouble communicating. I didn't try the restaurant.

When we checked out, the concierge called a cab who was affiliated with the hotel who doesnt speak a single English word as well. Even though we clearly stated international departure area at Haneda airport he had us circle around the airport costing us 3x the normal taxi fare. We almost missed our flight! So be careful! Do not use the taxi affiliated with the hotel especially if u cant speak Japanese! The staff overall had no clue how to help us as well as the taxi cab they called. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all.

This is the second time I stayed here, but this time it seemed like there was a bit more penny-pinching. I would only get one towel, even though the reservation was for two. The cleaning staff never cleaned the sink (a hair ball was growing in the drain day-by-day). Staff downstairs also didn't seem as service-oriented, unlike the first time I stayed here.

The staff really did a great job helping our stay be as pleasant as possible.

English language was the only barrier for me

For a room this price in this are the hotel is awesome. Clean, good service, the rooms are small but that's nothing out of the ordinary in Japan. Only 1 express train stop or 3 local train stops from Yokohama station.

Tsurumi is a quiet place for a hotel. It is located 3 stops from Yokohama. My room on a Sunday night represents great value for money. There is supermarket across the roads to buy supplies.

Being close to Haneda airport, they should have known a little bit of English. It should be expected that they would get a fair share of English-speaking visitors. Also, their wifi system does not work properly. They said it only works on Japanese phones which does not make sense. The hotel rooms are small but I did expect that to be the case. The rooms are clean, and the surrounding neighborhood is quite pleasant. However, I found the service to be under par especially coming from a Japanese operated hotel. Personally, I will not come back here. I will only recommend it to somebody who can speak Japanese.

The staff were wonderful though very challenged in English if you are used to the expectation of a multi-lingual concierge service. I stayed for four nights and they were very good to me as I sat in the lobby for sometimes long hours while using the wifi. It is a paid wifi service.

Decent little business hotel about 5-10 minute walk (with luggage) from the nearest train station. Has a restaurant in the building, with fast food and convenience stores nearby.
