Someone was smoking on my non smoking floor and the smell entered my room through the doors making my respiratory system very uncomfortable

Spend $300+ for a 5 star hotel experience with my wife. Unfortunately, the sofa was the biggest disappointment. The room size and atmosphere overall was okay. You can see from the sofa there’s white spot on it. This is not what I expect from a four season branded hotel.

Excelent hotel

Everything was exquisite! The hospitality was excellent and the hotel did very well in preparing the birthday occasion. There was customised birthday cards from the staff which was very thoughtful. Food and drinks was good and the room was very clean too! Well definitely come back in the future!

Everything during my stay went very smooth and I felt like I stayed at home. Max Lin was very polite and professional to treat me like a VVIP even if it was my first time to stay there. She guided me through every single benefit and policy when checking in and escorted me to the elevator to make sure I get familiar with the hotel. Breakfast on 6 floor was amazing with the verity and freshness of food. All staffs were nice and spoke fair English making me very comfortable when I was in any needs. The other staffs at the club lounge also very well experienced and respectful with smile every time. Thank you for making my stay as home, Max. Miley, and Phoebe!!

The size and comfort of the room was wonderful, as was the city view- a really great luxury hotel for a short city break. In addition, the staff were tremendously kind and helpful considering we did not speak any Chinese. This hotel really lives up to the Four Seasons standards and quality expected worldwide.

Very fantastic experience with our stayed with four season Shenzhen. Very friendly stuff and our room was very spacious and comfortable bed. It's the best hotel we stayed in China so far.

Me and my wife was on a business trip, and I searched for hotel which is near the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center. Well, the hotel is just across the road from the entrance. Also, the hotel is near (5 minutes walking distance) to so many malls and shopping centers, and not far from the subway. The hotel is very beautiful, the staff are very kind and polite, and the service was great. Really 5 stars hotel. I ordered the Premier room, but unfortunately the view from the room was the west side, so you just see a very large building in front of you (which lights blinks at night, so you have to keep the curtains closed at night). So, don't forget to ask the city view on the east side and the terraces. We had fresh fruits on the second night, and they even gave us 2 bathrobes with our names on it. Check out is at 12:00 , but they can save your luggage after that. The reception, terraces, and breakfast are on the 6th floor. Please note that in Hotels.com Google map – the hotel is marked on the wrong place (Fuhua 1st road). Far away from its real location (Fuhua 3rd road). In the bathroom you have bathrobes, man and woman combs, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, makeup mirror, both tab and shower, small tv in the mirror, shaving kit, toothbrushes kit, q-tips and body cream – all fresh every day. The tv has a lot of channels, but it's not smart tv, so no Netflix and stuff. When connected to the hotels wifi – there is no access to Google apps.

Booked a smoking room one month in advance, however I need to wait for one and a half hour to get the room, it's totally unbelievable to happen at a 6 stars hotel. What a pity, I'm not recommending for my colleagues in the future.

The shower drain was partially clogged. It took two requests on two consecutive days to get it fixed.

Yes, I was indeed impressed with the service , the location, and the room. They even went to the extend of providing a cleaning cloth for my reading glasses, very very impressed with the service. Will be staying there again.

It was really amazing onto their service and high level of privacy (except the front desk on ground level), we would really love to come again
