Stay was fine for us. Our son enjoyed all the Lego both in reception and in the room. Food could be better but not terrible all things considered

We stayed in the adventure room. The room is fine, but the hand wash beside the children’s basin can’t function. I can see that it’s full and loaded, but maybe it’s a problem of the squeezer or something, it won’t come out when I pressed. I’ve mentioned this twice to the hotel, first to the housekeeper and then second time to the hotel lobby concierge. When I returned late to the room at night, I find it faulty still.
Everyone at the hotel is friendly, but I don’t know why they somehow can’t get a simple hand wash fixed.

My family of 4 (2 kids aged 11, 14) enjoyed our stay. The property decorations were on the simpler side but what they had were nice and to theme. There were many Legos to build around the property and fun disco elevators. The resort was clean and bright. We had the kingdom-themed room, and it was a spacious room with nice colours and comfortable amenities like robes, slippers, toiletries. But you’ll need to rent towels for the water park, or bring your own. The chest was fun for kids to open, but the combination wasn’t accurate to the questions asked, so you’ll need to try different variations of answers. The bag of legos as a gift was a nice touch but no swords as per other YouTube videos. This resort is ideal for kids under 8 IMO.

Very pleasant stay at this family oriented destination. We had dinner at the onsite Italian restaurant which was surprisingly excellent and exceeded my expectations.

As hotel is fully book check in was delay from 2pm and delay again to 2.30pm and to 3.30pm depend on your luck when you ask for your room. Best is to wait for your room at the lobby.

The room is dirty with some bad smell (long time no one stay in this room). Staff was nice however their room keys were sucks (can’t use lift right after I checked in then cannot enter to my room and the same happened again on the next morning), I have to back and forth to the reception centre which is really annoying. Also, they have fire drill during my stay which was annoying too!
The good thing is that it is really convenient for families to visit Legoland Water Park and Theme Park and we had fun there.

This is the perfect place to stay if visiting Legoland Malaysia. Not only is it a clean, comfortable and spacious hotel, but the Lego theming is done very well and adds a totally awesome dimension to the stay. The staff are amazing and the eating options are also very kid friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

It was our 2nd stay and it remains family oriented with lego to play at the lobby, outside the restaurant and the pool. Our kids enjoy the disco lights and music in the lifts. And each staff member we speak to are polite and helpful. However, the room cleanliness was not up to par. We saw ants around the pantry upon check in. The next day, they did not wash our coffee mug or throw out rubbish from the previous day. They did rectify both quickly but it has left a bad impression on housekeeping. The breakfast selection was average with mostly carb options.

But it was a shame that there were insects in the room. Many children among the customers, so I would like them to consider taking measures.

I paid S$400 per night, probably due to the high season. For that, I was not satisfied with the condition of the facilities. Especially the showers were in poor condition. The hot water is adjusted with a lever, but it is either very hot or very cold, making it impossible to take a shower with peace of mind. I thought it was dangerous for children because of the hot water.
Since the hotel is located in a tropical area, the shower facilities should be of stable quality, such as those made in Germany or Japan.
