Great location to parks

Very close to theme parks but could use better shuttle service to those parks.

Perfect for Disney.

Love the location walk-in distance to Disney sea. Rooms are small, bathroom super small:( Overall ok

This hotel was very neat and clean, The staff was very friendly, and they have a free shuttle to the train station and Disney.

I’d say 10-15 walk to the station and 15-20 minutes away from Disney. Lots of food and shopping at Maihama station. Staff speaks English. They have free luggage storage.

Stayed here for six nights - three were nights when we were going to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Very walkable distance to Disneysea - they offer a shuttle that runs at limited times but walking is probably faster. Whe we went to Disneyland we would walk to the station near DisneySea and catch the monorail to Disneyland, (You can use your Suica card to pay for the monorail) so for these purposes the hotel was very convenient. The down side - only a small restaurant in the hotel with limited seating and availability for breakfast. Closest options to find anything to eat was at Lawson’s, a convenience store a short walk down the road. If wanting to eat at a restaurant, needed to walk to Ikespari, which is the equivalent of Downtown Disney with shops and restaurants. That was about 0.8 miles away, walking distance but tiring to do so after a long day. Maihama station is there in Ikespari, so we would walk there every day we were not going to Disney to catch the trains to Shibuya, Shinjuku and Harajuku. I would say this is perfect for when you are going to the parks because it was very affordable. We were satisfied with our stay here. Oh, and no laundromat here - we had to catch a can to the closest laundromat to wash clothes.

Good size room. Reasonable facilities. Looked after our luggage pre and post check in. Great location for visiting Disney parks.

Great staff and location for Disney

Great location to the parks. The free shuttle to the parks and train statiin was so convenient. Leg massager in our room was great after all the walking and the staff was so accomodating and pleasant. Small things that make a difference.

Convenient as the bus stops for both directions are right by the hotel. Clean, quiet. Not the newest but works for me.

Hotel was well located within walking distance to Disney sea. A longer walk to Disneyland - totally walkable if you’re able to walk approx 1km. Basic room, clean. Did the job.

Convenient hotel if you are solely targeting Disney Sea as it is a 7mins walk away. Price is affordable hence not much complaints. Rooms are really tight but at least the Queen Bed we had was comfortable.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but the bed is comfy and it is very close to disney sea. Only 12 minutes walk

Easy location to Disneyland and Disney sea

The colleagues are very thoughtful, especially we are just came exhaustedly from the disneyland. Room and facilities are very comfortable and clean, pillow, bed sheet, bathroom, and especially the foot masage machine

The property was within walking distance for young children to Disneyland. The rooms were quite small compared to western standards with very little room to move around inside the room. The bathroom was also small. We only stayed for two nights which was manageable. Any longer would have been uncomfortable for our family of five. We had to open our luggage on a bed as floor space was limited. Property was suitable for families that just need somewhere to sleep after a day at Disneyland or disneysea.

Very nice staff

Great staff and great location! Walkable to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Also right next to a familymart convenience store for simple items and ATM. Taxis are readily available within a couple minutes and public transit (train) is nearby. Check in process is quick and simple with just a passport check and simple documents which took less than 5 minutes. Hotel room is clean and also came with a foot massage machine which was great. Definitely recommend at the price point and convenience if Tokyo Disney is your main attraction for your trip

Nice hotel..the staff were extremely efficient and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but the beds were super comfortable as were the pillows!

My review is based on our 1night stay. Overall, the property is clean. The staff are very nice & do speak some English. The room is comfortable, the bathroom is small, clean but definetely dated. Very little counter space in bathroom. Leg & foot massager was a big plus in the room. Bed was comfortable. Not much room for large luggages. We could fit 1 luggage, fully open on the floor when trying to pack. The air conditioner took us some time to figure out. Once we stepped out of the room, your on the outside hallway, facing the garage & there are stairs that will bring you to the back of the hotel. We can actually see the volcano from Disney Sea. We paid for the breakfast add-on. The dining area is small, so there's a wait for a table. Lots of food choices: Western & Japanese. There's free coffee & vending machines in the lobby. There is transportation to the parks & Maihama station, but times are limited. Overall, we will stay here again. Thank You HotelMyStays Maihama

Friendly staff, clean room!

5-7 minute walk to DisneySea was brilliant!! Limited amenities in hotel such as laundry, convenience store etc. walking to those facilities in the neighbourhood after huge days at the Disney parks was not the best. Limited dining facilities in neighbourhood. I chose this place for its walking distance to DisneySea, and it absolutely delivered on that, great location to park.

I really appreciate this hotel for accepting our luggage from the carrier a day before our check in. The staff who helped us check in was nice and helpful. The room was clean and I really liked how fast and responsive the elevators were. The only main thing we found inconvenient was that there is no laundry service and the closest laundry coin service is a far walk. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.
