Very clean room and comfy bed. Very accommodating to my pet allergy.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was better than expected! However, the hotel showed signs of wear and tear, in the room and in the pool area, that didn’t make it feel the cleanest. It could definitely use an upgrade.

This property has really gone down in the last few years. I will not be staying here anymore. Dirty, slow draining tub, sticky floor, and dirty carpets.

Good points: the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good - thank you. Bad points: The hallways and entire second floor stunk of marijuana. The elevator had a smell in it that I can't even describe. I had to get linens for the fold-out bed even though the mattress has a note on it saying that linens were in the closet.

The lobby, hallways and elevator and room were clean and presentable. The bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were great. Our king size bed, couch and kitchen area was very nice. Everything was spacious. Our disappointment was that the shower leaked onto the floor almost out of the bathroom door area. We called front desk and their solution was to send someone up with more floor towels . While that worked for the moment, that was only one shower of our visit. When I reported that our room needed to have towels removed and replaced I was told room was serviced every 7 days. I was given a garbage bag to pick up the sopping towels to be placed outside our door. I wouldn't have gotten the bag until I mentioned how wet they were to place on rug. You could tell this was an ongoing issue because the corner of the wooden bathroom door was damaged and repainted. We weren't offered another room, nor were we offered a discount for our troubles. Unfortunately, the hotel industry is going down hill as this is not the first time we have brought structural issues to management attention with no solution. Everywhere we se help wanted signs, here as well. We were on the 4th floor, so I imagine at some point the water will find its way down to 3.

The hotel was clean, breakfast offered was nice. We had a suite, nice layout, but dishwasher was out of order.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We didn't have any complaints. Friendly and accommodating staff. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area as well as the pool.

The Breakfast was top notch for a hotel, which was important as most days were early days. The amenities were very good, Pool Spa, Gym and Multi-function Court were well maintained. Our first room had an Air Conditioning problem, so were were moved to another room. My only complaint is we were there for 8 days, and upon check-in were asked when we wanted Full Room service, I stated Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and asked the Front desk, and they said we were now on Thursday. Well Thursday came and went,,, no Full Room service.

Very nice very clean loved the outside eating area for breakfast. We enjoyed the room it was comfortable with one exception the air conditioner was very very loud and shutting on and off waking me up.

Breakfast was awesome

Had to enter via side door in the rain with broken key lock in order to unload and get into room. Door lock was never fixed. Also outlet in bathroom not functional. Spot on carpet not cleanable, I guess. Food not good. Waffle not cooked thru though we followed directions and waited till alarm sounded.

Best hotel in the area and I’ve stayed at plenty in this area

First time staying at a Resident Inn in many years! Very peaceful, friendly staff, everything is updated and clean.

Despite already paying for the stay via hotels.con app, I was charged at the location a $700 went onto my account. After check out I was told the charged would be refunded and a week later it was (inconvenient nonetheless). Manager seemed like my call was annoying him. I wake up at 5:30am no coffee in the lobby was disappointing. There is a drip coffee maker in the room but I just wanted a small cup before leaving out. The staff is a mixed bag some seem new and not as guests would like. Rooms are comfortable as pool is off limits unless u make a reservation even then they try to allow only one family at a time not the max occupancy (10).

The hotel was clean and mostly comfortable. Only inconvenience is the HVAC for the unit is incredibly loud. We would have to get our room super cold before we went to sleep so it wouldn't turn on through the night. Also some loud guests throughout the hall, but that's not something hotel can really control.

Rooms were a little more pricey than I am use to, but staff was very nice on each encounter I had with them. Especially the young man that checked me in and saw I was in healthcare. Very nice gesture. I will definitely stay here in the near future.
