Outstanding all-around experience, which provided a great 'home base' for hiking in Camden Hills and a day-trip to Acadia.
New construction. Modern design and amenities. Excellent shower and heated tile floors. Warm and friendly staff. Best morning coffee in the area.

Magnificent hotel, large spacious and local art decorated rooms. The roof terrace gives you a lovely view of the harbor and entire town. Underfloor heating in the bathroom and a delicious continental breakfast in the morning makes me think even a cold winter stay would be idyllic. Would happily stay there again and again.

We didn’t get to enjoy this hotel long enough! We arrived late and the front desk person called us to assure us he’s available even though the door was locked. Beautifully designed and so so comfortable and clean. My favourite was the towel warmer such a treat to get out the shower after a 5 hour drive and that roof view!

Very nice boutique hotel. Next to the town's main street. Nice , large rooms. Parking free on the street on weekends or free all the time ii municipal lot a block away.

Had issue with our room. Bathroom door wouldnt close or lock and would swing open.
They gave us another room. A downgrade and agreed to reimburse us the lower rate. Havent gotten it yet.

250 Main Hotel is an exceptional experience. The facility goes well beyond the basics in providing their guests with a comfortable and memorable stay. It is one of the friendliest and most well appointed hotels I have ever visited. They see to every detail, from outstanding water pressure in the shower, to the beautiful art on the walls. The building itself is architecturally ammazing. Every hotel should be like this.

We really appreciated how friendly the front desk staff was during our stay -- arrival, helping us with a glass of wine later in the night, and then departure -- always greeted with a smile. The hotel is new and really nicely designed. Our room which was a cozy was actually huge. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The bathroom has heated floors which is awesome. We loved our stay and look forward to returning!

Huge room, very high ceilings! Well kept, great view to the ocean even from a room on the backside of the hotel. Staff at checkin very nice and helpful. Bathroom has heated floors! It fronts Main Street as the address suggests and that’s a very busy roadway…parking is a real problem.

Excellent hotel in downtown Rockland. Fantastic views of the bay, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, Strand Theater, etc. Staff were very friendly, attentive & helpful. Fantastic and highly recommend!

Amazing hotel, very clean with several nice touches-complimentary afternoon wines and cheese and light breakfast in the lobby daily. Rooms are spacious with luxurious shower and amenities . Everything very neat and organized. Absolutely recommend 250 Main !!

The 250 Mail hotel was really lovely. Clean, comfortable with a great view from the rooftop. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hallways are also an art gallery. I loved their focus on reducing waste. Free breakfast snacks in the morning were healthy and more than enough to get your day started. If you’re staying in Rockland, I would highly recommend it.

The hotel itself is nice, updated and clean. Staff was excellent. We choose the area accidentally while meaning to book in Camden. Rockland did have more to offer restaurant and gallery wise. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated on a very loud street and traffic woke us up at dawn. You could also hear the doors around your room open/close. Overall, I do not think it was worth the price of the room.

The rooms are amazing and very modern. Our room had a partial ocean and street view. We went during the Lobster Festival, so you could hear the music that was playing until they stopped. There was a rainfall shower head in the shower area. I love those. They also have a social hour from 4-6 where you can get a free glass of wine or craft beer, they serve cheese and crackers during this time. They have a light continental breakfast and offer filtered water to fill your water bottles up with. The bathroom amenities included shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower area. The only con is during any festivals you can not park in their regular parking area, you have to park offsight, about a 5-10 minute walk and there is only one spot to park your car to load and unload your luggage in front of the hotel, as long as someone is not parked there.
