Was as expected. We’re able to get an early check in. Room had a refrigerator, but no microwave

Difficult to maintain a nice temperature in room. After setting to my desired temperature, it would keep going back cold. I ended up not using the ac for all nights because the room would be too cold.

Still here but it’s been really nice. The pool is really nice. The coffee bar is great. Beds are comfortable and the staff is exceptionally kind.

Hotel is newer and great. There is no tub and pool is covered. We stayed for the night and had early flight. I asked about a to- go breakfast since we were going to miss their yummy buffet and they had a bag of food for us in the morning which was very nice. Hotel was located in hood area and we got dinner at the Foodland which is just right there in walking distance. Would stay here again but maybe not if you want to swim and laze by a pool. Doesn’t have that Hawaii feel you want for that purpose but if you’re on the go everyday and don’t need a hot tub or laying out by pool then it’s a great place to sleep.

Overall, the hotel is in a convenient location if you’re just coming/going. The staff at the front desk do not provide a welcoming feeling upon arrival. There is no greeting unless you’re standing directly in front of them with an inquiry. There was no communication about the benefits/features of the visit; complimentary breakfast, etc. My room carpet was sticky and a couple towels stained yellow.

Hotel was nice and clean. They offer housekeeping every other day. Staff was okay friendly, but were always looking at their computers in front of them when speaking to you. Whether you asked for a bag, extra toiletries, or a gen question, they wouldn’t make eye contact. Then ask, I’m sorry what was that? Overall, cleanness and location was safe and comfortable. We enjoyed it!

Great room. Super friendly staff. The only issue was that the carpets had obviously been cleaned recently and had the musty smell. But the room itself was very nice.

The receptionist was very kind , friendly and welcoming, the rooms were large and clean with lovely comfortable beds and the location is fantastic for those that want a base to explore all the areas outside Waikiki with a fantastic opportunity to dine and shop to escape the busy beaches if travelling between he north shore and Waikiki without the expensive resort fee and no parking charges, the free breakfast was also delicious

The hotel is far from Wakiki but it was perfect for us bc we toured the whole island. We only went to Wakiki for a day. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff are very accomodating. We’re able to check in early. There are a lot of food options around the hotel (walking distance only) like Gen BBQ, foodland and etc. Free parking. We got the room with King size bed and it was big. Free breakfast buffet. Coffee and hot choco is available 24/7. If you will go around the island, this is a good hotel.

They had a large, clean room for us. The hallway was well lit. When we checked in, the lady who checked us in was very nice. The breakfast was great! It had a huge selection. Check out was easy too and the last was very nice.
