All staff were helpful, particularly Greg.
I don't recall ever staying anywhere that was so quiet - bliss for sleep-deprived travellers.
My only criticism is that I would have liked some information in the apartment about things like where the nearest grocery store was (but I found it fairly easily), etc.

My family of 5 loved staying here! The bus is very close, and the property was clean and beautiful.

The Stay is very clean and comfortable, with kitchenettes. The location is close to several groceries, eating spots and several bus lines getting you to areas of Munich quickly. The front staff, especially Greg, were friendly and helpful. Greg showed me how to use the MVV app for local transit. The room was newly refurbished with fresh carpeting, comfortable beds and great shower. The bath had great lighting and the area is quiet. Cons: The internet was weak to non-existant. In a weeks stay, I was able to get on and stay on just twice. I had planned to work some each day so this was an issue, and was both the phone and the laptop. Perhaps it was my room? all the same, in today's age, this needs to be reliable.

I do not really understand why the general assessment on this property is to the top.The property is just average with a cut and amenities more like for "Dorms-Students" style. Corridor to my room was stained and dirty. The room was stinky.I paid for a Superior apartment and I got a standard one where there was no separation between corner kitchen and living room. I paid for both.You cannot manage a regular life there if you want to cook something too small and no table to stay other than going to the balcony...while other guests are smoking and partying on the next balcony.1 star is enough.

Very good, specially if you stay a few days and like to take care of your own breakfast, there are good shops close by and a breakfast place too. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I love staying at the Stay.Residence. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. I sleep really well at night and the desks and power outlets let me work on my trips. I also love having the convenience of the fridge and microwave.

Overall the place was clean (with exception of stain on carpet), staff very nice and friendly. It was nice to have a little kitchenette and the location was great for not wanting to drive into the city - 5 min drive to subway with street parking. One thing to note was that the dryer took over 3 hrs to dry our clothes - make sure to pick the automatic setting - hard to make sense of the German machine. Also had difficulty getting into our room due to the way the door works... make sure you know how to do that before reception leaves (10pm). Other than that it was a good place to stay.

It was clean but out a ways from central Munich . we took a train from central station to passing then a bus (259) to the stay. a block from the residence. took about 45 min if timed right.
It was a smaller room than anticipated but very clean and had a microwave,stove top pots and pans to cook a small frig and tiny balcony,coin laundry on premises. internet was good.The front desk was helpful and let us borrow umbrellas when it rained.
Cons:if you stay longer than a day, they do not have maid service for a week. . Bit they do offer you towels and TP if asked.

Convenient to grocery and very good Greek restaurant. Lodging was comfortable and clean. Garage was also very convenient. On site laundry worked well and had good size washers and dryers. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The compact size of the room certainly doesn’t take away from the comfort it offers. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of local restaurants around make this stay a welcome respite from touristy locales.

I loved everything except the fact that there was no coffee maker in the room. That is a minor thing to improve. Otherwise I had a fabulous experience and would come back anytime.

The good thing is that there is a bus stop 2 blocks from the hotel. One day we decided to go with the car to save some time and well it took us forever to find a parking place... so the public transportation option is for sure better.
The rooms are really clean! And we loved to have a kitchen in the room :)

No air conditioning, which is probably fine most of the time, however when we were there it was hot and humid. So we needed to have our balcony door open, and this is a pretty noisy neighborhood. The biggest problem is that people are allowed to smoke on the balconies, and balconies are shared by 2 rooms, so you're out of luck if you are a non-smoker and your neighbor smokes. And it seems like every other person smokes in Germany. So if you stay here, insist on a room that is not close to smokers on balconies.
