Location was was close enough to town centre if u wanted plenty of dart clubs and snooker clubs open very late have beers in of thats what you were after

It was not noticed until my last day of staying but i took the sheets off the bed to make it easier for the cleaning lady and when i lifted the sheet there was bed bugs. I felt nasty after discovering this.

I stayed here for two nights, and by "stayed here" I mean that I stayed here for one night then got another hotel for the second night. I was in room 103, right near the lobby. And I heard EVERYTHING that happened in the lobby -- every voice, everything being moved around, every new trash bag being opened, EVERYTHING. And when I tried to sleep, my sinuses started to close. Turns out, there was mold in the shower -- mold on the shower door and mold on the ceiling.
Given this hotel's high-ish rating, I can only imagine how much better it must be on a non-ground floor. But if I can't ensure that I'll be away from the ground floor, I won't be risking it again. This hotel just lost a customer for life.

We booked a room with twin beds for 3 nights as we were travelling to different places in Japan. The hotel was conveniently close to a train station, lots of bars and restaurants and a few supermarkets. The room was adequate for our needs with a good shower and nice size bathroom, nice toilet, clean towels, comfortable beds. You could have your room cleaned daily if you wanted it. In the reception there was an area where a simple do it yourself breakfast was available in the morning, coffee, orange juice etc also a microwave. The housekeeping and reception staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Rooms can be small but all safe, water pot, , excellent staff always in toes, efficient welcoming room staff, excellent location , one drawback is fire STN is nearby , but rarely called . Red roof is 10 min to west side of kamata . Kamata is close to downtown but close to Haneda .

Staff was very friendly, property was immaculate and very well maintained. Located a short walking distance from Kamata station, with plenty of food and shopping around. The room was very clean, with toiletries and a safe provided. Breakfast daily was 7-9am and included a variety of breads, a selection of juices, milk, tea, coffee, and yogurt. Very pleasant stay overall, would book again.

Location is fantastic, close to food and the JR line. But sadly my toilet was broken so there was only 1 (heavy) flush option rather than the light and heavy options

A few things to point out.
1. Some details in the bathroom was not very clean. A little dirty at the edge of bathtub under the sink. Just a little more attention would improve the cleanliness.
2. My too was on the ground floor. At night, sound of doors from neighbors made me difficult to fall asleep.

Outside of Tokyo but it's only a 5 minute walk to the JR station. Near the Haneda airport. Neat shopping and dining opportunities. I have made Kamata my go-to neighborhood when visiting Tokyo.

It was a great stay, however we had a leak in our room that was leaking around the air conditioner area whenever the people above us were taking a shower. Pretty unsanitary. it was probably a one off, but we were not happy about that.

The room was nice but very small, would not have wanted to stay there for more than a day. I am 5’10” (178 cm) and I could not stand up straight in the shower and barely fit through the doors. Not too far from Kamata station or a variety of convenience stores, and definitely walkable. The window did not latch, which wasn’t too much of a problem as we were on the fourth floor, but the smell of cigarette smoke came in from the street and the room definitely smelled. The pillows were quite hard and a bit difficult to sleep on.

Very convenient location. Close to the Kamata Station and easy access to anywhere in Tokyo. Lot’s of restaurants around the hotel. And this hotel has free continental breakfast which is very rare at hotels in Japan and really nice service. Breads, fresh juice, onion soup, yogurt, coffee, tea and milk. Nice and friendly staff. The room and bathtub are little small but it was enough. Reasonable price to stay.

Hotel was super clean and quiet, it has all the amenities one would need and much more! There is also a laundry at the hotel. The staff was super helpful with questions and they speak english! Hotel is in the outskirt of Tokyo centrum, but it is very close to a station making going to Shibuya, Shinjuku etc super easy.

Have stayed at this hotel many times and never seen dirty floors like this before. Not only that, there’s a sense of false advertising when displaying what a specific room look like. For example, if I’m looking for a bio let room with a double bed, I will be shown pictures of a single room which does not correspond to to room I’m looking for. (Verify the room before making a reservation)

The property is in a very convenient location with many food options nearby and quick access to the train station. Only thing is the doors and walls are thin so you can hear people walking in the hallway and the fire station outside. But those noises are not frequent and should not affect your ability to sleep
