Nice rental apartments. Next to Metro. Quick reply ride to most major attractions in Berlin.

The room is quiet and clean. Having mall within walking distance, easy for transport. P.S the sushi nearby is good

The apartment was excellent for our needs, spacious, clean and much better insulated against heat and noise than any building in the UK. It’s very central with many sights in walking distance. There is a U ban station right by the door. The only problem was check-in after 7pm. There are no staff at the desk after 7 and we had not received the code to input into the machine. We don’t know if that was a High Park or Expedia problem. They should have known we would be after 7pm.

Really enjoyed my 4 night stay with my family. Very clean, well maintained property with excellent view and easy access to central downtown. Thankful for all kind staff support as well. Will definitely be my choice of stay next time in Berlin!

Very modern and clean , great location for attractions and shopping / supermarkets etc. Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walk , very pleased overall .

We could only book this hotel for 1 night when we were in Berlin. We wish we could have stayed for our second night but they were already booked. The room was very spacious and the patio was an added bonus. Front desk was very helpful with storing our luggage when we arrived early and also the next day while we explored Berlin. Very close to many attractions

Great location. Our bathroom drain was clogged. My 15-year-old daughter took a shower, and then there was water everywhere. The rest of us could not shower because we did not have access to anyone to come and fix it that night. The problem was solved the following day at 10 am. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience, we requested a late checkout, and they could not grant it. I asked to give us an extra 30 minutes to get ready and the front desk person said ok. At 12, we had a very rude guy knock on our door to get out.

Excellent despite being a little warm

The check in was quite confusing after 7. In particular, we could not use a credit card without a pin mug needed a debit card. This was quite stressful. This info should be provided when reserving. Overall, the hotel was very pleasant and affordable.

Apartment was really nice and clean. Very accessible to stores and tourist spots. Staff were really nice and helpful.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel: good location, clean, pieces of furniture in good condition. A very pleasant stay! One thing to be noted: this hotel does not have a breakfast even though it is mentioned in their home page. I asked that why is it then mentioned there. The receptionist didn't really say anything. Luckily there is another hotel next to this one, and also cafeterias where you can get some breakfast.

Room has everything you need to cook and wash cloth. There is food court which has every kind of food near by and a grocery store. Train station is in the same building.

This property is in a good location, easy to access all public transport. A little walk to dining, but many options. The rooms are small, the furniture small and student like standard. We were able to leave our bags after check out for storage. Communication reasonable.

Perfect base from which to explore all the historical areas around Potsdam Platz and within easy walking distance of public transport links, cafés, supermarket (REWE) and restaurants. Booked a suite and it was perfect. Small but compact kitchen including a washer dryer. Large balcony overlooking the park.

The place is very clean and In a nice Area close to everything. The pront desk is very accommodating.

Fairly convenient location not too far from many attractions. Slightly odd set-up, the hotel seems to be part of an apartment complex, and the hotel reception is closed outside day-time, leaving you with the apartment building's concierge service to gain access to the building which can be a bit hit-and-miss. Useful having a washing machine and well-laid-out kitchenette

Great hotel.Nice and cozy rooms , very clean and well maintained.Fast and strong wifi signal.Central location (above U2 line) , 7 min to kuddam and 15 min to Alexanderplatz.Very clean bed shits / pillows and linens.Very recommended !!

Area was great, room was big, and there was an abundance of shopping opportunities close by, but the service was somewhat lacking. The cleaning personnel didn't speak English(nor German), well one of them spoke some English and the other not at all, but it made it impossible to communicate with them. The staff at the reception was great and helpful, especially the blond girl with glasses, but one of the girls had a rather bad attitude. We needed her help because we wanted to sleep in and there was no ´Don't disturb sign´ anywhere in our room, which we also informed her of and we wanted to make sure our room still got cleaned, but just at a later time the next day, but we couldn't directly tell the cleaning lady this because of her lacking language skills (we did actually try). Other than her bad attitude, she also didn't give us a new sign and she didn't inform the cleaning lady about our request either, instead the room didn't get cleaned at all. Therefore we had a dirty room and had to go down to ask for new bathtowels after arriving to our room late in the evening, luckily the blond girl with glasses was there. We will stay at the hotel again as it was a good experience all in all, but some of the staff really should work on their service skills.

Excellent new apartment in good location. Only thing I did not like was you could not control the heating in the room - it was controlled centrally - so we kept having to open the balcony door to cool it down!

Super clean, spacious, nice neighborhood (shopping malls in 5 min walking distance), 30sec to metro (U-bahn), all came with welcoming atmosphere! For service wise, they provide Handy (a mobile phone you can use for wifi and a local number), which I didn't have even in 5-star hotel around Mitte area. Also you will get 2 bottles of mineral water (NOT sparkling, again not sparkling), which is very rare in EU countries. There are washing machine, iron for your clothes, and dishwasher, small cooktop, microwave, fridge if you plan to make something for yourself. I highly recommend this place and would definitely choose again if I happen to go Berlin once more! 일단 탄산수 아닌 그냥 물 제공합니다. 여기서 게임 끝! 진짜 어지간한 호텔보다 훨씬 좋습니다. 세탁 및 취사기능을 원하는 분에게는 더할나위 없는 곳인 것 같아요. 정신없고 지저분한 미테지역보다는 이 동네가 훨씬 깨끗하고 여기저기 다니기도 좋아요. 그리고 Handy를 제공하기 때문에 인터넷도 데이터 부담없이 마구 쓸 수 있었네요.

Comfortable rooms or suites with small cooking area. Friendly staff. Brand new and very clean. Fast wifi. The perfect compromise between hotels and short-term lets.
