Good place to stay for the night.

Ice makers dont work. Rooms are outdated and the box spring stained on the sides. Toilet sounded like some one was stepping on a cats tail when you flushed. Dont fall for the the so called deal with Dominos pizza either. Charged us additional $35 for our small dog. His kennel is cleaner than the room.

The motel was old and run downthe checkin was quick but not informative the a/c heater were hard to figure out and did not work well the bed was comfortable but all things considered not a good stay

Caught male staff member looking into our room while we were getting ready and taking luggage to the car.

The hotel is ok for the price. The desk person was very nice. The hotel is in need of a lot of work. It is old. There is not much activity for the rooms so when we tuned on the air the room was damp. It seems they are trying to get things going, but there is a lot of work to be done. If you need a inexpensive place to spend the night it will do.

I was pleasantly surprised. For the valuable price. The room was cute clean and didn’t smell….wooohoo

this property is not "Art Deco", it is aged, more like 70's remodel in progress. I called after booking to inquire if a fridge was int he room, the reply was "yes, all rooms have a fridge" When I checked in, it would have been nice to have said fridge plugged in and cold upon my arrival since I had called ahead. Also, have the air conditioning on so the room is cool upon guest arrival. A HUGE touch that would have been appreciated considering the aged appearance of this property (do NOT open cabinet under sink, unless you are prepared to be scared-this should be closed shut so guests cannot open, ewe) Staff attitude (the owner?) when I mentioned things, she hurriedly offered a refund indication I would not find this rate elsewhere in town. I guess you get what you pay for. Will not stay again.

They are just getting going. The price was cheap, but the room was good. Air conditioner was great but bucket outside made me nervous a little. Lady was nice when I checked in.

So, this hotel is CLEARLY in need of some serious updating. But, that being said, it was VERY clean. In addition, I travel a lot for work. And the bed in this hotel was one of the best I have slept on, hands down. No perks. But you do get what you pay for. So, if you are looking for a no-frills, cost-friendly, GREAT sleep hotel, this is the one!!!!

Mom and pop owned, so appreciate supporting local. Quiet and conveniently located. Hotel undergoing years long renovation which they are doing themselves. Price of pet fee not listed on site ($25+taxes and credit card fee); however, so that was a surprise.

This was a spacious room with comfortable beds, perfect for my family. We walked next door for a wonderful breakfast. The building had indoor halls for safetey and cover from weather. The decor was a dated, but perfectly clean. Would stay here again!

We didn't even stay there the front desk/owner of the motel wouldn't give me the price that you guys gave me. She tried to change the price quoting that they don't give rooms that low and was yelling at me. We traveled all the way from Dallas Texas and were met with a horrible experience. IShe cancelled my reservation because I told her that wasnt right. I went down the street and rented another motel. Will never recommend this place to anyone ever

Fantastic option for the value. Very basic amenities, but clean, convenient and quiet. One warning - Don't let the gentleman at the front desk tell you any jokes unless you enjoy groaning at the punch line.

The rooms are large and have a nice CORNER OFFICE DESK....more like a cheap Miami Studio apartment

Hotel in state of major renovation. The room, while quiet & comfortable, lacked basic amenities, refrigerator, electric outlets not working. I had to charge my phone at the outlet near the sink. The open courtyard was probably very nice when Holiday Inn owned this hotel, but now it looks like a post apocalyptic scene. I think the new owners want to renovate but it will take a lot of work. I was tired, the bed was comfortable, & a diner was next door for breakfast.

Staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and eager to accommodate. Property is currently under renovation. So, if you don't like that sorry of thing then don't be upset. It will be a fantastic property once renovations are done.

Unfinished sketchy room, no warm water, no Kleenex, the refrigerator didn’t work. The staff was rude about disclosing the pet fee and shared her disappointment in booking through Expedia.

Was on of the most pleasant experiences ever! The lady at the front desk was so nice and informative! I will never forget my experience here!

I stayed for 6 nights, great budget hotel. Owners went above and beyond for me and my accommodations. Wouldnt hesitate to say here again!

The owner was wonderful; I appreciated his help with everything. He has a positive attitude. One wing is in the process of being renovated so is not available to rent. My bed had apparently been used by someone/s heavier who slept in one spot, as I sunk down into it. There were no lampshades on the bed lamps. My toilet flush handle was broken in half so I had to be careful when flushing. The carpet definitely needed to be deep steamed, so bring your slippers. In regards to safety: The hotel on the east side has a different type of layout - a building where the rooms have a glass enclosed hallway leading to them. This did allow me to look in before entering as the door from the parking lot to the glass hallway had no lock. Apparently COVID hit private hotels pretty hard and everyone is doing the best they can, so I am glad I could help a privately owned property.

The air conditioner didn't cool room off at all. It was not a nice stay at all but we were tired and just there to sleep.

Dirty! Towels stained! Carpet disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
