Small but clean rooms, comfy bed, nice balcony. Bathroom simple but with everything what you need. People nice and polite. Breakfast VERY GOOD! Parking was always solved by the owners. Area full with eating options. Harbour and ferry 15-20 mins walk through streets with shops and shops. We had a great stay, THANK YOU.

Room not cleaned asked to clean room and fresh towels still not cleaned

Great hotel next to an amazing restaurant I got a 5th floor balcony room they were very friendly. Only problem I was freezing cold there were no extra blankets so not much sleep plus mattress was hard and I have a sore back. Please provide blankets for guests please.

The staff are so accommodating and provide very good service. The location is excellent. Very nice breakfast with many tea and coffee.

Very nice budget hotel with amazing staff, very helpful, very friendly. Hotel located in city centre, with walking distance to promenade ... lots of shops and restaurants around. Finding parking place could be challenging, so contact hotel staff to arrange this in advance.

Old style but clean, lift to all floors, very central, perfect for a couple of days, parking on the road outside, very helpful staff

Just everything corresponds to typical 2-star hotel.

I had a really nice stay here. The staff was so kind and helpful, especially Hakan, he was wonderful a real credit to the hotel. I had a great room with a wonderful view. The hotel is a short walk from town. Thanks for everything

This is the 2nd time I stayed here. No doubt I will return because the service is so good and so genuine! They had a hot water problem (none to little) but they were continually working on it trying to get it fixed. Elevator was also being refurbished when I was there. Its nice to see them taking care of the place. Others will say decor dated, and it is. But it's comfortable & very clean. Heat works well. Black out curtains let you sleep. Extra blankets as needed. Breakfast simple, but ample and yummy. And in the evening they brought me shortbread cookie man.Despite lack of hot water ( which was beibg fixed), I would & plan to return because despite the little hiccups, I genuinely feel like they like their guests ( even the cranky ones like me because of no hot water) and they genuinely try and do everything in their power to make your visit good. And in my opinion - they succeed!
