Clean room. Bed was comfy with nice linen. Heater works a treat. No noise issues. Bathrooms could do with a refurb however was clean. Good location close to Forbes Inn for dinner and Sylo for morning coffee. I would suggest not showering at peak morning time in winter if you want a hot shower - hotel was full for big weekend of sport in town.

Recently updated by appearance. Provided plates and cutlery which is not always provided. No issues with noise. I will definitely rebook for next stay

Very friendly staff

This property is everything you would want in this price range and location. It was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, all appliances worked faultlessly, the shower was hot and the bed was very comfortable. Very friendly and accommodating hosts who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was stress-free and comfortable. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, pubs etc. I thoroughly recommend.

Motel management were very helpful andfriendly. The motel was in a convenient location, clean and comfortable.

It was lovely to be greeted by the owner(?). He even gave the grandchild a lollypop. Very friendly. So nice. Sometimes you have to book in yourself and you never see another person

The hosts were exceptionally helpful and super friendly. I liked the chairs in the rooms. Always good to have somewhere comfy to sit other than bed. Location was good, close to town and lake.

We arrived into town late in the afternoon and were able to check in quickly and easily. The staff were polite and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s also a short walking distance to the pub or other dinner options. Easy to get to and quiet. Would stay here again.

every time you walk in the bathroom. there was a very bad smell coming from the drains. the queen beds very uncomfortable while sleeping felt like side of bed higher than middle tend to lean in .water would not come out of tap in sink unless you turn the handle all the way out. while using the bathroom at night with the lights on all these bugs would come in and fly around the light fitting. very disappointing as the rating for this motel was exceptional. I am only talking about the room we had and can not comment on the others.

very dated our room was in need of maintenance It was ridiculous that the only way to fill the kettle was to either use a cup or the shower as it would not fit under the tap no matter how I tried

Central location close to CBD good value for money

A great location just off the highway. The motel is getting a little long in the tooth but it is comfortable and clean. Perfect for a one night stay.Very polite hosts.

Very comfortable beds. Shower good. Dated but great value for money. Good fridge and Xcellent air conditioning. Very happy with our stay
