Great location, a short walk from the train station. We arrived early but our room was ready so we could check in straight away.

Love the place, been there for 4 times now and everytime we enjoy it. We book this hotel when we drive to disneyland paris once a year. This time My son lost his neckless and when we retured on the way back from France they found the neckless and was retured to us.

Super cute hotel with very friendly staffs. They have kids area for kids while you check in. Free high quality coffee, tea and hot cocoa for travelers. Nigh bar looks nice, having game table and comfortable seats to hang out with friends. The whole hotel is comic style and super fun. I will visit Liège again because of this hotel. I really want to stay again!

Fantastic hotel. I would recommend it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Location wise it is really close to the Train station. And roughly a 25 30 min slow walk into the main square.

Excellent location 2 mins from DAZZLING new(ish) Liège Guillemens Station. Comfortable; quiet; free hot drinks (in takeaway cups) in reception. My only criticism is the slippery shower floor, with no mat available to mitigate this hazard.

We found this hotel very easy, the staff were helpful and the car park is accessible by the hotel lift. We had refreshments at the bar when we arrived good selection of local beer. Breakfast was good. Our only real complaint was the heat in the room very difficult to regulate but as the staff said you can open the window.

We had such a nice stay here. Light and well-furnished rooms, and nice and helpful staff. Can only recommend a stay here!

We were traveling across Europe and we booked a room for two adults and a 4y old child. We wrote the hotel in advance requesting a quiet room for our 4years old boy. After checked in at 22:30 and when arriving into our room we barely manage to stay inside the room with such a strong cigarette smell. (and I am a smoker). This smell was everywhere, from the wardrobe to the bathroom and main room. We confronted the front desk / management which refused to give us another room. We requested his presence in the room for verification which he promptly avoided, ignoring our request. When we informed him that we would use our network to take this public / alert others about it, he just told us to do whatever we want in an extremely unpolite way saying, with a posture of "I could not care less". We see only two possibilities, Or the cleaning services certainly alerted for this fact when cleaning the room and the allocation of the room was careless, or someone from the staff spends the whole afternoon smoking inside the room. None of them is acceptable, especially when receiving a small kid. We were offered a spray to help with the smell but in the morning we had the impression that we slept in the smoker's room or in a 90's club. Never again and I don't wish even my worst enemy to sleep in such a place.

Room was very nice and big enough for us 3. Overall very nice hotel, the only negative thing is the parking. There is not enough parking for all the clients. We were told parking was included but we couldn't get a spot so we had to park outside.

Clean, spacy, new, silent, friendly Staff, good location.

Very welcoming staff, well decorated lobby and rooms. This place is really a fun place to stay. Especially with children it's great to have all the cartoons around. Ideally located close the train station. I appreciated the free parking under the hotel. Brand new and very clean in general, but not spotless. Shower head and taps were not perfectly clean, hair on the ground. Breakfast was good for it's price. Maybe some tips: headpillows could be a bit more firm, reduce the ventilation during the night (the sound of it kept me awake - fairly noisy). Nevertheless, a very good experience. Congratulations and thank you to the staff!

Is is a new hotel and everything is good, clean quiet and safe. Definitely I will stay again on my next stop in Liège. Even if the restaurants are closed for the moment in Belgium there are a lot of options around where you can take away some food.
