The hotel was beautiful and super confortable. Check in and out was smooth, staff was all very nice and eager to help. The room as spacious and clean, bathroom was lovely and shower pressure was amazing. The gym was small but very well equipped, the pool was clean and water was super warm. Breakfast was good, the waffles were my favourite. Definitely recommend the hotel if you are staying in the area.

The staff are very polite and eager to help. The beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious with a few added bonuses like stools and light up mirror. The pool is lovely and warm, although quite small (bromine, not chlorine). On the down side, the breakfast has really faulted in the last few years. The waffles are almost tasteless (just bisquick and water), the hot water for tea was in a container that was used for coffee at some point which makes your tea taste like coffee no matter how much you clean it! The oatmeal was cold and really thick (had to scrape it off the ladle). Breakfast went until 10am but they ran out of cream at 9am. Only offered Black Tea and Herbal Tea (that was what was printed on the bag, do not now what flavour). No Earl Gray, English Breakfast or Orange Pekoe. This used to be my go to hotel, but for the price they want, the standards are not high enough! The Best Western is cheaper with better all around amenities (yes it is older but has been renovated recently).

Our two-night stay at the Hampton Inn was pleasant. It was very clean and well maintained. If there was anything that would have taken it ‘over the top’, it would have been a more friendly staff! The young man on the registration desk on the evening we registered, about 8:30 pm on Sunday, October 20, was charming, friendly, courteous and interested in our drive from Cambridge. That was the first and last time we saw or heard from a friendly face! The front desk staff just ignored everyone who passed by (often the front desk was NOT staffed) as well as anyone else we encountered in the hotel. I know that time is money to a business, but we would try another local hotel before returning to the Hampton…..even though we were very happy with the comfort and cleanliness. A smile or a quick hi should be automatic in the hospitality industry.

The check in was quick and welcoming. We arrived early but were able to get into our room. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was immaculately clean, and the decor was lovely.

It was a three day/two night golf trip with my son. We met in middle in Belleville from where we live. The hot breakfast was great and changed each day. I enjoyed the pool after golf to exercise away any soreness.....and also to cool down after hot day on the course.

Noisy, crowded breakfast area. Nice but over-priced room.

Good hotel, pretty clean and silent. The only improvement would be the breakfast that needs fruits (there was zero during my stay).
