My stay was amazing. The property is beautiful. The front desk staff were very accommodating. Anything I requested, I received. The pool was nice and the place was quiet! I would stay here again. Housekeeping kept the room clean and the AC was kicking.

Love the view of the island absolutely stunning, breathtaking, waking up the morning and seeing that view is out of this world.

The View is amazing. Could have a better variety of continental breakfast . Everything else was good . The customer service of the staff was amazing-10/10.
Also can’t remember his name ( think it’s Ronell or Donell ) not sure . He went above and Beyond to assist when my driver abandoned me. Great service

Absolutely stunning location and just the most amazing staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and possible and well fed 🥲. Couldn’t thank the kitchen staff enough for accommodating our late arrival and our early breakfast requests! The staff at reception was super helpful and everyone was just so pleasant, polite and ready to help or assist with any and everything. Check in was a breeze and our stay was thoroughly enjoyed by us all especially the babies and the warm pool ❤️. Breathtaking views and gorgeous clean and aesthetically pleasing rooms! 10s all round!!! We can’t wait to come back xoxoxo

I arrived in Grenada via sailboat just before Hurricane Beryl came sweeping in, and I had initially intended to stay on the boat, but it went from Cat 2 to Cat 4 overnight. So I decided to find lodging and take shelter on land. The staff was outrageously friendly and accommodating during my stay, even though I assured them that I wasn’t there to be waited on…just riding out the storm. Between reopening the kitchen to make me some food after shutting it all down and picking up some provisions at the supermarket for me, they were amazing.
I hope to be back one day to enjoy the property for the “usual experience,” as they described it. Many thanks and lots of gratitude to the Bay House staff!

We loved our stay at the Bay House. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms, unique and clean. The pool and view were spectacular. We ate two dinners at the restaurant and were very pleased with the meals.

Wonderful stay overall. Very comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view from the hotel. Eggs with the standard breakfast would have been nice. Be prepared to get a workout if you will be taking daily walks to and from the hotel. ( the terrain in Grenada is very hilly and to have that gorgeous view you would need to be somewhat at the top )

Definitely not walkable to the beach but they do offer transport everyday to the beach and there is a mall opposite the beach facility which is nice. Our stay was superb! The staff are quite helpful no hesitation with any questions we might of had. We will be back in time to come.

This is a jewel of a hotel where staff go the extra mile to help and support their guests. The complimentary continental breakfast is excellent and the accommodation tastefully decorated and spacious. Service and accommodation rival much more expensive hotels on Gran Anse. If there is one downside it is the hilly walk to the beach but there is a daily shuttle to the beach which compensates.

I liked that they were able to give us a different room than what we had reserved. The view from the property is nice and clean. Annie was great at providing transportation around the area. The property should at least spray the rooms or keep mosquito repellent in the rooms and an extra trash can in the room besides just the one in the bathroom. The property should have some sort of sign or road name to indicate where the property is since some taxi drivers didn't know where the property was or the corner building next to it that is visible on the main road.

The views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful overlooking the bay! The rooms however do have extremely thin walls so you will hear everything going on in the room next door or in the hotel. There was an event happening that stayed very loud until after 1am which is apparently a frequent occurrence as they host numerous events (not surprising with the lovely view). The bathroom also had a good bit of mold on the ceiling. The kitchen was closed most of the time for dinner which made getting a cab down the hill or ordering in the only two options, but the breakfast was good and reasonable priced. The staff were helpful though in arranging taxis and providing recommendations!

The staff workers were very friendly and I hate to give a bad review. The view was nice but it is a remote location in a very poor neighborhood so walking outside of the hotel is unnerving. If you don't have a rental car, you are stuck and no place you would want to go is within walking distance. The dining is a rip-off and quality doesn't match the price by a long way! The kitchen was not run well and the stove was disgustingly filthy! Bed was very hard. Dogs barking through out the night in the neighborhood. No hot water at all.
