We were in a rental car and maps took us down a very sketchy and narrow road that we didn’t even know if it would go through and where it was taking us, so beware. Stay on the riverside road if you are driving in and the parking is a little bit challenging. Otherwise the property and stay were good. The doors to the shower and toilet are all glass, so there is not a lot of privacy, but it’s pretty.

This quaint hotel was the perfect location for us , close to bus stops and perfect walking distance to many restaurants and activities. The staff is great , from having a map ready with restaurants and attractions circled when you arrive to having a taxi waiting for you when you depart!!

Amazing riverside location in Porto, close to the tourist attractions and also to Boavista stadium to catch SL Benfica match when they were playing in Porto! View from the rooms was fabulous, room amenities were great.

The staff friendly and very helpful. Room was beautiful just like the pictures. However constant traffic noise.. building in Porto seem not well insulated no matter how newly renovated.

The stay was amazing! The service was top and the host was so sweet and forthcomming! Loved the room, it had an amazing view, comfortable bed, aircondition and offeret breakfest in the room!

The cutest cleanest most affordable place. My room was tiny but perfect for a solo trip. They will save your breakfast for you if you don't make it downstairs. Everything is adorable and delicious. Super recommended for anyone traveling solo and on a budget to Oporto. Marta from front desk was super attentive and welcoming.

The view is why you are staying here! It was easy to find and close to most attractions. If you are afraid of stairs then this might not be for you, though there is an elevator for your luggage which u can take if needed.

Loved the view of the river from our 3rd floor room. Staff, while not directly available at the front desk 24-7, they were responsive by text and accommodated all our requests.

Beautiful location, room was very nice, but beware of little privacy in restroom. Was also a little hard to find but well worth the search. Also be sure to bring Euros to Porto as many restaurants do not take credit cards. Lovely host!

Bare bones room, with no safe for keeping valuables locked up, very little storage for clothes with no wardrobe or dresser. Personal amenities such as a box of tissues were lacking, as well as hair conditioner, bar of soap etc. Picture makes room look larger than it is. Very disappointing room for the price paid. The noise level through the walls did not lead to a comfortable sleep.

It is very well located and the friendliness of the staff is amazing, what we don't like is that the room was really small and it has no room (like a table or a shelf) to place stuff so it is really hard to manage that when you are visiting. Also the bathroom has a glass door which is not very confortable as a bathroom should always be private, other than that all good

Great stay with very friendly service. If you’re a walker it was a great location to get everywhere I wanted by foot. Since I was there for part of Easter weekend I even came back on my last day to find a container of meats, cheeses, fruits, and chocolate in my room!

Perfect accommodation for exploring Porto. A short 10 minute riverside walk to the heart of everything. The room was exceptionally clean with a river view and the bed was very comfortable. Exceptional welcome from Marta, nothing was too much trouble during the whole stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for one relaxing night at the end of our two week trip. This room and location were perfect! What a lovely morning watching trams and boats from the balcony while enjoying an espresso from the provided machine. While small, the room was clean and comfortable. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

River views were stunning and Maria was incredibly helpful during my stay. She kindly explained the best ways to get around town, offered recommendations for dining options and was happy to answer any questions I may have. I appreciated that I was able to leave my luggage in a locked room after check out, so that I could spend a little more time exploring the city without hauling my luggage around. Overall, it was a great stay and I hope to be back someday!

We stayed on the 4th floor in a room with no window, just a small skylight, it was very claustrophobic. The lobby was dark and no windows ! The place was clean and renovated. 15 minutes walk minimum to any restaurants and shops .

The property was clean and the reception staff was very helpful. They had an espresso machine in the room, but no hot water/tea maker. The rooms were quite small and the area was a bit noisy on Friday night. The area was about a 15 minute walk, bus or Uber to the center where there were restaurants. Breakfast was a simple, nice continental tray. They did not have tissues in the room, and there was no hair conditioner. The only thing neglected during my stay was when I left a towel to be replaced by housekeeping, it was not and as it was our last night, I just used my existing towel.

Beautiful hotel, with amazing views of the fiver from the room. The concierge was a lovely lady, who was extremely kind and helpful. Located right on the river, and not far from all of the sights (I walked all over Porto & back to the hotel with no problems).
I will definitely being staying here for my next stay in Porto!

The hotel personnel was friendly. Room was cleaned, but very small. We’re could not open our luggage. Entire floor was creaking. It was bothered us and neighbor’s below. This room was not worthy the money we paid. It was big disappointment. Thanks

The room was compact but functional, beautiful and very clean great wi.if and lovely view of river. Marta, the Manageress couldn’t be more informative, helpful, and friendly. She was delightful. Absolutely great breakfast I recommend ordering it when you book. Whilst the property was not easy to find, by an UNHELPFUL Taxi driver, once found the location was SUPERB.

The location was a bit off the main downtown area but not too far away. About 10 to 15 min walk up hill.. Breakfast is very nice too. Room is neat and standard size. Washrooms were a bit tony though. The service at this location was the best i have ever had Ask for Marta. She is the nicest and kindest host i have ever met.

Generally, a very nice place to stay - very new and clean. Four story walk up, although there is a luggage lift. Located at the bottom of the hill by the river - 10 minute walk to Ribera. Two issues have me giving less than a 10. The air conditioner was set to 17 degrees and could not be changed. The bathroom door was clear glass, with no curtain.

No air vent in bathroom + wood floor in bathroom = moldy mildew smell in bathroom (likely from under the wood floor because the place was spotless clean)

We stayed for 7 nights and it was overall a very nice experience. The room and the hotel were quite clean, we had a nice sight on the Douro River and the staff was very friendly & helpful. The location of the hotel is really good, the centre is easy to reach by foot and the Bus Station is directly in front of the hotel.
