This is a great property! Very new and in excellent condition. Is off the main road, yet close to the highway. Only thing I didn't like about this place was its breakfasts. Not many options other than nutrigrain bars and muffins (I was hoping that they would have something else due to how nice it was). Other than that, this was an excellent property to stay at! :)

It is a very nice and quiet place. Have restaurants at walking distance.

We were on the first floor and it was noisy. Room doors slam constantly and I could hear the guest upstairs from me stomping around and having sex in the middle of the night. Our room was clean and the bathroom was updated.

It was Good clean and Pet friendly. I keft my laptop and got a call frim staff that it will waiting for me at the reception desk.

Staff great. Room couldn’t keep a consistent temp. Bed was horrible people in jail probably sleep on better.

Liked Kitchen. Did not like room cleaning only every 7 days. Having to take towels to front desk to be given new ones, taking garbage down to the trash room. Extreme limited breakfast & dinning in general. Left on day early and were not even capable of giving me a copy of the hotel charges because “the system did not allow it”. Would not recommend this “hotel”, it has more a MOTEL service. They had a sign at the laundry room to ask for detergent but ran out of it for several days. Front desk phone seemed broken since several times I called, they always said, “sorry I can’t hear you clearly”. A complete disappointment.

Stay was good

Front desk staff was nice, hotel location was great, the beds were comfortable especially the pillows. I was very surprised to see the full fridge and 2 flat tops for you to cook. The bathroom mirror was favorite 😁 we will definitely be staying again.

My room was not ready until almost 7pm.

This was a great location for my visit to Ormond Beach. It was a cozy hidden place. The staff was excellent. The staff went above and beyond during our stay, under circumstances out of there control; issues with door cards nationwide. My stay was in May 2024 the gentleman that help us was great, sorry can’t recall his name; think he was the manager. I will be staying here again.

Breakfast choice was very sparse--seems some workers staying depleted food for others. No fresh fruit available, seldom had hard boiled eggs or muffins.

The location was great, I was pleasantly surprised, it was quiet, clean and affordable.

The room they gave me was dirty it was never clean from the previous person. I went back to the desk they gave me another room same issue so the girl at the desk told me oh do you want to check out so I checked out?

Rebecca at the front desk helped me with an upgrade. She was great. The hotel is okay. Breakfast was self serve yogurt and mini muffins so if breakfast is important to you there’s a Denny’s and McDonalds nearby.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was minimal and they ran out of cups for the coffee which was disappointing. Check in staff very helpful, no one available at the desk when we tried to check out. Would stay again for a quick overnight stay.

Clean, convenient, and safe. About an hour from the Port Canaveral Cruise terminal. Breakfast left a bit to be desired. Fridge in the room was very loud. I would stay there again due to the fabulous price. Staff was very friendly.

I have never seen anything like this, if you don’t want to have a bad experience, stay away. Just a summary, we arrived at the hotel at 7:00 pm after a long day of travel. They had no rooms ready for us, I booked 2 rooms. We were told we had to wait 30 mins for a room to become available. Check in is at 3:00 PM. Others were arriving and were told the same. After the wait, we had to be taken to our room by the same unprofessional lady at the front desk in order to open our room door. They could not give any of us keys since her machine to program the keys was not working. We were asked to wait until she checked other guests in so she could open our door, I emphasized that was not acceptable. On the way up the elevator, I expressed this was not acceptable and that the hotel was terrible and that I would not be staying with you again. Her response was, “You don’t stay with me, I don’t live here, and be glad you were not here yesterday, the elevators were broken and would have needed to take the stairs”. Not acceptable by anyone dealing with customers. You won’t see me again.

If you are looking for a continental breakfast - this is not the place. They had one boiled egg, two muffins, and a handful of nutrigrain bars for the entire facility.

Had to move to a few different rooms due to no ac in some rooms but finally got one and was very nice
