Lovely apartments very central location handy for everything. The only downside is having to checkin at another property partulaely if you have bags or walking diffi umties. However the staff culd not have been better at the mediterreanan plaza helping me to find my phone as well.

Always amazing Great location

Very nice apartment in downtown Alicante. Continuous problems with access to the apartment. The key code stopped working several times. A new code was activated by the reception. The reception is 400 meters away so WhatsApp communication was needed. It did not make me feel safe.

Excellent studio apartment overlooking a busy square just 2 roads back from the esplanade. Big bathroom with hot shower, small kitchen but more than adequate to make tea and coffee and store my wine and orange juice! The bed was so comfy and big with large tv on wall opposite letting us watch Netflix in bed. Electronic lock to front door and door into the apartment meant I didn’t have to look after a key either. One extra valued facility is the washing machine and dryer in the basement for guest use.

Perfect stay for a city trip, beautifull studio, new and clean, close to everythinf

As a solo traveller was a bit nervous but instructions for check in and directions to hotel were good. Overlooking restaurant area, room was clean and spacious. A lovely break away

Convenient location plus great dinning options around, only fact why I wouldn’t max rate it, is because the parking options. Both are way far from the apartments

Lovely apartment- great as a base for a short break. However, be aware that it is in a busy part of the city so there will be some noise throughout the night. Earplugs will do the job.

Excellent location in Alicante town, near the esplanade and ideally located for most city sight seeing and restaurants. Very nice apartment and facilities. Many excellent restaurants and cafes around. Easy access to staff based at the Eurostars Mediterranea hotel via Whatsapp.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Super comfortable bed. Black out curtains really help with the sun light. Great room rate for the stay. Housekeeping was great. Front desk gave great directions around town.

Beautiful apartment with small balcony overlooking a pretty,lively square. Exceptionally clean. Excellent communication throughout our trip. Helpful cleaner and reception staff in the corresponding hotel. All the utensils we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of room and storage and good quality bedding, towels and bedding.

Plus + Location location location! Close to the beach, harbor and restaurant streets. Good breakfast bars under and right outside. +Good space in the apartment to sleep, chill, and eat. + Nice bathroom Cons -Not sound isolated well, could hear everything happening outside and neighbours showering. We had our bed next to the balcony door and we had the sounds feeling we didn't close it completely but it was. -Customer support. We contacted the EUROSTAR MEDITERRANEAN PLAZA hotel (who runs it) about this noise and they said to check for a change of room or any other solution ASAP. Then next message they told us to just deal with it, it's in the centre so we should expect it to be noisy. Very unfriendly and change of attitude. We said why this change of attitude and unfriendly communication, they said ok they will check for another room and let us know after 2pm, then never replyed again to our messages. Very unprofessional communication from EUROSTAR MEDITERRANEAN PLAZA . Conclusión: If you want a central stay i would recommend a hotel since they usually have more sound proofing. Or stay here for more space, but bring your earbuds to sleep at night/mornings when people talk and they empty glass bottles containers etc.

Free laundry room was nice (Americans take note: the dryer takes triple the amount of time you’re used to) Location to centre and beach is stellar. My only issue was the street noise. I wasn’t even facing the plaza, but could hear it until 6am. I solved it by playing the radio on the tv which drowned it out. This is a party city- expect noise.

Amazing location. Beach is 5 minutes walk away. On top of great shops and eateries. Clean and functional. Perfect for people who want a fridge and ability to cook and prepare food. No kettle which is a shocker for a UK traveler but the hob takes minutes to boil a saucepan so it isn’t a big deal. There is a stovetop for making coffee but the coffee from the cafe below is also amazing if you don’t fancy using it.

The property was lovely and clean. The only down side was the fact there was no electric socket in the kitchen area for use of the toaster. Also for a British traveller, there was no kettle. The property is spacious in a fantastic location and all that you need for a short stay in Alicante
