Apartment is absolutely fantastic, clean modern and convenient

Amazing place to stay! Great location walkable to new and old town. The apartment was fabulous very clean and modern, would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The location was excellent and the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. There is a Tesco just down the road, which was great for any supplies. We were in Apartment 5, which was below Apartment 4. There was a lot of noise from the unit above, walking noises were very easily heard. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

One of the best aparthotels we've ever stayed in the UK, modern design, clean, comfy and big rooms with all the amenities you need for a short stay, Tesco express just 100m away, located in a nice area of Edinburgh with a lot of lively restaurants and bars and close to the centre, if you are lucky and arrive during the weekend you may find (free) parking space in nearby streets, we were a family of four and got apartment 3 with 2 double rooms, it wasn't cheap but was worth every penny - 5 star experience!

Beautiful property súper confortable beds !! Clean and beautiful Bathrooms and the host was the best he helped us with taking care of our luggage in another sister properties while we tour the castle before our checkin time !! He was super helpful !! I recomend these place 10/10

This place is awesome and Peter did a fantastic job getting us settled. If you want a great place close to most everything one could want to see, look no further. The beds were top notch, showers were excellent. A Tesco shop is literally across the street for groceries. If a tenant is looking to cook a bunch, the pots/pans are sufficient for small meals. We had 4 people and it took me a bit of shuffling but made it work. I will, most assuredly, look to book again. Top notch all around. Thanks, Peter for the superb hospitality

We had a fabulous stay, apartment 5 with it's own parking space directly behind. Peter was a wealth of knowledge when he welcomed us and showed us around. Every comfort was catered for. Great location, spacious apartment and we will definitely be back.

Apartment had a funny smell, patio doors didn’t lick, felt unsafe. Dishwasher had not been emptied and wasn’t clear if it was clean or dirty. WiFi network didn’t work.

Nice apartments and you can walk to many attractions. Lots of decent restaurants nearby too.

Overnight stop in Edinburgh. Booked last min. Great coms, great location, superb apartment. Will definitely stay again.

Great spot and Peter whom met us earlier than check in time was great at showing us around. Would definitely come back as the apartments are situated really close to down to earth but delicious breakfast spots and other great places to dine. Still very easily walkable to old towne.

Apartment number 1 exceeded our expectations. Check in/out was all remote, great communication received from the host prior to our stay with access details. Gorgeous room - much bigger than expected with an outdoor area and two bathrooms! Lovely and spacious with modern decor however felt exceptionally cosy. The bed was firm but very comfortable. We were unable to find any cutlery in the room which felt like an oversight with all of the other amenities available. Some minor issues with cleanliness but nothing that was detrimental to the visit. Perfectly located and easy to find, with a short 10-15 minute walk from everything you’d need, including the train station and castle. We only stayed for one night for a gig but 100% will be back for a longer stay to make better use of the beautiful room - highly recommend.

Was a stunning apartment in the city centre! Close enough to be able to walk everywhere we needed to, ideal with a parking space as well!

Beautifully furnished apartment on quiet street with very comfortable mattresses. I loved the artwork and the color scheme. The only downside is a man with a key to the apartment showed up to check the gas without any forewarning.

Great place to stay. Slight confusion on my end about check and when I tried calling the provided number I was a bit disheartened to not reach a person, nor have any way to leave a voicemail. Email/chat was a bit slow to work with and is my only critique for those who would be requiring immediate human assistance. Otherwise grand and would stay there again.

Great location, brilliant amenities and lovely decor. Very comfortable living area and bed, the only tiny drawback are the green lights showing the exit in the bedroom being permanently on but that’s H&S!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Entering the apartment instantly we could tell that every little detail had been taken care of. It was all newly fitted out, absolutely gorgeous, and super comfortable. The bed was SO COMFY, and I love that there were giant blackout curtains to make the room feel snug and cosy. We'd 100% come back and stay again! The only small thing I'd give feedback on is that we didn't realise the heating had been put on a timer, so it came on overnight. We woke up in the night sweltering and had to turn it off! I know because the building is old it probably gets chilly so I think it was actually really thoughtful, it would have just been helpful to know it had been set so we could have turned it off ourselves as we prefer to be cold than hot! We also weren't sure if the apartment had towels and emailed beforehand to check but didn't hear back from anyone. The apartment did have towels (and dressing gowns and slippers!) so it was all fine, but would have been fab to know before hand.

Beautiful decor, very comfortable, and extremely clean. Had everything you would dream of needing. Loved it. Parking space wasn’t great and took some good manoeuvring especially with the building work at an adjacent building.

Great experience for our family of 4, apartment is really well appointed and furnished. We enjoyed the location and walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions. Only (minor) negative was it would have been helpful to have a fan in the apartment since it was warm when we stayed here.

This apartment is amazing. Everything you need for a little trip away. The sofa as lovely and comfy after a day of shopping. The beds are so comfy and can tell the bedding quilts etc are of high quality. Added bonus both bedrooms had large tvs. Large bathroom with gorgeous toiletries provided.
