As soon as I got back to my room around midnight and heard loud music being played in the neighbouring suite room, I informed a front desk staffer who arrived ten minutes later. Despite knocking on the door of the offending room, there was no response. When I asked to be changed to another room so that I can rest, she said "the rooms are all booked out and I would figure something out". I trusted she would take care of the issue and proceeded to take a shower, only to find the music still audible when I finished 20 minutes later. I had to call front desk again, and she said the offending room did not pick up the phone and would now consult the manager. Surprisingly, it was only after my shower when I called again that she offered to call the manager. I felt she was hoping I would tolerate the loud music and drop the complaint. Eventually at close to 1am, 45 minutes after I had raised the issue, she proposed upgrading my room for the night due to the unavailability of same-class rooms. She told me I had to return the keys by 1 pm the next day. I was surprised by the lack of a customer service mindset when they said I had to return the keys myself. When I spoke with the same front desk staffer about possible misplacing the key the next day she threaten to charge me 500bhat for it. Overall, service was brought down by the delayed response, lack of immediate resolution, and the need for repeated follow-up hoping their customers to drop the complaint themselves.

Incredibly unique decor. Artsy boutique hotel near Wet Market, so if you’re walking around the area it will wreak some odd combinations of fumes. Our room was cold when we checked in. Staff was kind. Our room was really clean and our stay was comfortable yet safe. Highly recommend! Apart from some difficulties we had with Bolt & Grab drivers being unable to locate the hotel, once they finally made it to us, it was just like any other part of BKK.

Very creative & cool property.

What a unique place! The moment we steped in we loved it! So many different art you can find, very very amazing style. We stayed in Red Room, it was amazing. Very nice staff, very clean, very comfy bed. You can have a sundowner drink at the roof top. We loved that it is in the middle of the Khlong Toei Market so you will get the full and real experience of a Locals market. You can also get to two very big supermarkets within very short walking time, to restaurants in the surrounding and also to the next Metro station within maybe a 15min walk. If you want to come by scooter or car there is a parking space from the hotel. Also don't miss to check out their community bathroom in the Lobby! And also do not miss to try their amazing ice cream. We loved it, thaks so much!

We loved our stay here. The staff were welcoming and efficient with everything we asked of them. The room was so spacious and comfortable, it made us forget the journey in a second! To find such an oasis in the busy metropolis of Bangkok was surprising but much appreciated

Overpriced older hotel. In-room design not as advertised, some cool decor missing. Overpriced restaurant as well. Overall, they would die for a penny. The receptionist girl was very sweet, but the guy not so much, kind of snobby and unhelpful. We wouldn’t return here. Also, it’s not easy to get a cab for normal price to this place, they all want rush price.

I loved my 24-hour stay at the Fig Lobby! The space was right up my alley, something entirely unique amongst a myriad of cut-and-dry accommodations in Bangkok from the moment you step foot on the property. I was treated to a complimentary cocktail, ice cream (divine), and churro! I felt that the restaurants on site had a good selection of food (could not stop eating), and the spa was lovely, nicely decorated, and an oasis within the hotel. More than anything, the service of all staff was excellent. They made me feel really taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a different experience in Bangkok.

this was another world when you entered the hotel, delightfully whimsical - that's what we booked this place. however the surrounding is quite bad, the smell of sewage is 24/7 and really bad. the room itself is lovely and great. sadly the worst part was the reception, long hair guy was really displeasing, rude and possibly gender bias.

A one-of-a-kind hotel with great vibes. Very welcoming staff and a bonus welcome drink and welcome ice cream! The room was beautiful and the rooftop bar was the perfect spot to end the day.

Great place! Just the location is not that great, but you have great amenities such as a massage parlor, and rooftop bar with two restaurants!

What an incredible gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit road/Bangkok. Room- modern, spacious w/ a very cozy bed- Bathroom - eco touches and strong water pressure Amenities- custom blended teas, free ice cream at check-in , free churros every night at the rooftop bar and free welcome drink (non alcoholic and bartenders choice) Staff- Outstanding service all day/all night. I’ve been in luxury hospitality for 15 years and they made me feel seen. Thank you. Hotel- if you love art, stay here, you will be surrounded by it. Location- 34 baht Grab bike to Sukhumvit or they have daily shuttle service to the MRT. I appreciated not being on a Sukhumvit but close enough to get there quickly if need be. There is an amazing Vietnamese restaurant next to the hotel and plenty of food choices all around. It was such a joy to be a guest here. I felt like they really seek to make their guests feel comfortable and the level of detail was exceptional. Hip, fun, thoughtful, very comfortable. A special place. 💙

The quirkiest and coolest Hotel I've ever stayed in. I stayed in one of The Red Rooms and it was just so stylish AND comfy. Only downside was the view from the room and being right next to the lift at night - I guess the rooms aren't soundproof. Also ventured to the roof terrace but was closed - but what a cool space for sun longers!

Hotel is very cool and have so much to offer. Great sunset bar. Lovely service and food very good. Hotel is a must to visit if you like art and cool design. I love this hotel.

Staying at chi art hotel was amazing. Very unique experience- the staff were lovely. The rooms are uniquely designed and very homey. The roof is beautiful and ice cream upon check in was the quickest way to my heart. Lots of details in room that I appreciated- lights and plugs very easy and accessible. A little noisy from the street but that’s true in most of Bangkok.

Stylish, beautiful comfortable accommodation, pillow n mattress like at home, sleep well. friendly staff, helpful and cheerful. Convenient location for me, 10 mins walk to nearby MTR, 20mins walk to BTS, 5 mins walk to local food stall, big C & Lotus, 7-11. Quiet with good shower. Can sleep well.

An amazing building with fantastic style and wonderful staff. One night was a shame. Would have loved to have explore the hotel and area. The room was stunning!
