Único y exclusivo alojamiento con todas las facilidades y servicios posibles en la habitación King. Vistas impresionantes, ambiente natural increíble, buena decoración, muy buen servicio y construcción de todo el complejo. Amabilidad, transmisión de conocimiento histórico y comida muy rica y ecológica, con mimo y cuidado al detalle en todos los aspectos de la estancia.

Poca transparencia en el servicio de transporte alojamiento/ciudad. Diferencia en los servicios brindados dependiendo de por donde hagas la reserva, es decir, de cuanto le ganen a la reserva. El coste del servicio de lavandería de 20$ por escasos dos kg de ropa me parece más que excesivo. Las limitaciones a la hora de brindar un servicio de comidas/cenas, aunque comprensible, dada la ubicación me parece muy limitado. El camino considero debería estar en mejores condiciones, en algunos tramos es peligroso.

There’s no phones on the room for emergency case. That would b the only thing missing in there.

Whoa what an amazing view! Unbeatable! The property has a zen feeling to it. I had my own garden area where I could enjoy mother nature, read a book, and smell the flowers. I enjoyed every aspect of my experience. I believe that the staff played a major role in the chill vibes especially Veronica who instantly made me feel like I was part of something bigger than myself. I would have liked to have stayed longer.

Nothing could have made my experience any better other than being able to stay longer.

The views, star gazing, amazing food and excellent staff. A five-star experience, right from the pickup at the cusco airport to dropping us back to Ollantaytambo station. I was a bit worried about not knowing spanish, but Virginia speaks English, French and Spanish very fluently and was a perfect host, sharing details of the place and Sacred Valley. Virgina and Juan were very nice and took us to show Llamas they had in the property, my four year old was very happy to pet them.

What's not to like

Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff was 10/10. The room was gorgeous and we had an amazing bath and fireplace. The food was delicious. The view was outstanding and we could see the Milky Way from the stardome.

They picked us up from the train station in Ollantaytumbo and drove us to their location, which is remote, scenic and quiet. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The ability to see stars so clearly is something we have never experienced. The food they provide is excellent and the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. I wish we had more time to stay!

Virginia was the highlight of this place. She is amazing..so attentive to everything and if you watch her, she is just running around making sure everything is perfect for everyone in her care. The star dome was the highlight of our trip and will actually be more memorable then going to Machu Picchu. I would give it 20 stars if I could.

Great views. Good hospitality. The food was phenomenal. Really enjoyed our stay. Actually ended up extending it because we liked the space so much.

It is on the top/side of a mountain. So it’s not like it’s in the middle of town or anything.

The environment and the views are awesome. I can see thousands of stars at night. Bed is comfortable. Water pressure and hot water are perfect. They provide hair dryer, binoculars, electric flashlight, etc.. Breakfast and dinner are just fine but they use fresh ingredients. The manager brought us for Inca ceremony before check-out, which was meaningful and memorable. The price is good with such experience and views.

Too many dead insects near curtains. I understand it's the nature around but the number of dead inserts shows the cleaning only sweep them behind the curtain. Did not provide choice other than paying for the dinner. Does it mean guest can just bring cold food before check-in if not paying extra for the dinner in the hotel? I respect "work-life balance" staff policy of the hotel, but I was only told so via message after the dinner. So before that when I asked if the dinner would start at 7, the manager counter-proposed 6 immediately. I was okay with both time slots but I did feel not respected for my choice. This was a minor thing, combining other minor things like too brief intro (like rush to off duty).

This was a truly exceptional place to stay, offering an experience like no other. Everything from the view to the food was superb. I would (and probably will) travel back just for Stardome!

Absolutely stunning location and experience. the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, it was a peaceful oasis in the sacred valley, incredible views, delicious food, wonderful staff, and all around best experience. the top was amazing to view the stars. Can’t recommend it enough!!

This place is magic so beautiful and peaceful, the staff was amazing and so nice, breakfast and dinner was delicious made by Angela and her sister they cooked with fresh and local vegetables, Juan, staff member was also very helpful, I had an amazing experience at the stardome, I will definitely coming back.

Absolutely incredible. The view is amazing and the room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful. Each meal was great. This is well-worth the trip into the mountains - it was unforgettable.

I loved the views and friendly staff. I have diet restrictions, and the kitchen staff were happy to accommodate! The food was absolutely amazing by the way! I loved how spiritual the people are, and how comfortable I felt. It was the best place for me to rest after a long 10 days of backpacking through Peru.

There’s nothing I didn’t enjoy about the property.

This was incredibly beautiful and the best place we stayed in Peru. as it’s quite out of the way from Ollantaytambo main square, they offer a free ride to the accommodation there and back from Ollantaytambo (station of square) Unfortunately me and my husband were both incredibly poorly when we arrived so we couldn’t make the most out of it as we would have liked to. so were mostly just in bed. we were too poorly to eat dinner, but going by the breakfast, I can imagine it would have been amazing. The staff were so lovely to us and provided us with free herbal tea to help with our stomachs. the views are absolutely incredible, the bed was very comfortable and lovely bathroom and shower. the view from the top of the dome was beautiful, we didn’t get to star gaze but it would have been perfect for that. I just want to express our gratitude to the staff for looking after us and I’d recommend this place to everyone, I hope we can come back one day!

Superb customer service: Great Communication before and during our stay. Staying at Stardome was one of our very best experiences during our travels throughout Peru. We learned that Machu Picchu was a former retreat for the Inca. And, the Stardome, for us, signifies as a present day retreat- accesible by us mere mortals. At Stardome, we were able to encounter peace, serenity, and an almost effortless way to connect deeper to ourselves and our surroundings. It felt as if we were enjoying something reserved for the Gods. We experienced true delight on this land. The geography and energies of the location, allowed us to meditate, recharge, and relax fully. The time here truly felt spiritual. The experience was authentic and genuine. We felt liberated here -watched over and protected by the mounatin peaks. The welcoming ceremony offered by Carlos was one that felt very loving and generous. It left us feeling embraced by humanity and connected to something larger. I have many more words to describe the experience at Stardome, but they are not enough. Words fail to describe what was felt there. This is a MUST stay during your travels. We hope to return again. Other things you might want to know: the food was superb, the room amenities over exceeded our expectations, the warm bath was delightful, the linens and bed were luxurious, and the view was breathtaking!

Breakfast was delicious, light, and filling at the same time. Hand made and organic ingredients. Home away from home kind of meal.
