The stay was nice only thing is that I could not sleep, the room has no curtain and I had a light in my face all night and when I told the front office they said ok. I don’t expect anything to be done now but fix this so the next guess will not have the same issue.

All the staff were great. The tap water had a bit of a smell and the hand sanitizer shelf was a bit high, but overall the experience was great.

We had a great stay When we checked in the lady at the front was very overwhelmed by the computers not working and 5 people to check in but she handled it very well and got us into our rooms . Definitely will stay there again for besides that it was clean and rooms were nice !

We came in off the road late and ready for bed. They quickly got us checked in and it was a quiet, peaceful stay.

This was a really nice hotel. The service was nice, and the appearance was well-kept and modern. The outside had pretty blue lights. The bed was comfortable, which is unusual for me to say. The breakfast would be my only complaint, as it didn't seem to be cooked as well as other Holiday Inn Expresses. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! We were really impressed in the value for the amount paid.

There were crumbs on the floor and a few small dark spots on the sheets when I checked in.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. While the staff was courteous, I encountered a few issues. The room was not ready until 3:45 PM, despite the 3 PM check-in time. Additionally, there were ants in the bathroom and hairs scattered around, which was concerning, especially with my toddler. I also had trouble uploading photos of the ants to your site. Good experience other than the blind that would not close all the way so we couldn’t stop the lights from outside from filling the room at night

It was very good. A little noisy. But other than the house keeping never leaving enough towels, wash clothes & coffee everything was great. Good place to stay.

They told us they overbooked and only offered 1 standard room for the suite that we originally booked for.

Now a good travel experience.

It was very convenient to the Plano Event Center. Lots of options for dining within walking distance. The only issue I had was noise in the hotel. Guests very loud in hallways which interrupted sleep.
