Good internet

Very basic room that needs renovation as run down doors, furniture, etc. Noisy room as room was next to kitchen and lounge

The amazingly lovely ladies running the place makes you feel very much at home. Super service and delicious pancakes with banana for breakfast😁👍

A sign outside the gate would be good.

It is a clean and quiet place to say. The room are generously sized with oversized bathrooms

* This review is strickly an opinion* . Did not like staff and management. We booked via Booking.com. The day before our departure, there was a little confusion on our part as to whether Booking.com will run our credit card for payment or whether the card is swiped at the facility. We contacted Booking.com to confirm and we asked staff to please have patience while Booking.com responded to our inquiry. While waiting for confirmation, the staff took such an attitude toward us. Like we would run off without payment. Their behavior toward us shifted drastically making for a very uncomfortable atmosphere. When we finally got confirmation that we pay at the facility, then we immediately paid. Next morning we are leaving. We are a couple will twin newborn babies, we had a lot of luggage and not one staff member helped us move our luggage! Incredible. We each had to carry a baby in one arm and move all our luggage down from second floor, requiring 2 to 4 trips up and down stairs. Staff would not lift a finger. We did nothing to deserve this treatment. Please research where to stay, there are better places to stay in Gigiri where your patronage will be appreciated . We were told earlier during our stay, by a staffer, that the employees do not always get paid! Perhaps staff thought that they would not get paid...it was very weird, uncomfortable experience
