it didn’t feel clean. There were a lot of flies in the room.

Large room with large bathroom, nice and tidy. I was missing any the table in the room. Kichen fully equipt and good condition.

One fridge for all the rooms might be not enough during seson

The parking was large with plenty of places to find parking. There is a bakery less than 100m away which was great for breakfast. The room was clean and spacious, with a shower. the water pressure was good with hot water. 👍🏼 The double bed was comfortable; I had a quiet stay.

There is not a squilgee for the shower. I think there should be one in the room after a shower as the floor gets covered with water after the shower.

It had a large shower.

Smelled like cigarettes. The beds were dirty and had lots of hair. The room only had a bed, toilet and shower. It took over 30 minutes to figure out how to get inside. The building door locked and we weren't given a key. Somebody was smoking in the communal area of the hotel outside of the rooms.

Mattress was comfortable

Dirty towels with hairs in them and old very very used bedsheets. And the smell in the kitchen was really bad. The hospital feeling will nurse buttons.

Clean, tidy, hot water, warm heater for the winter. The owner upgraded me to a double bed room when the key was missing.

The entrance and the key box is at the back side of the building and took me a while to figure it out.

It was an inexpensive place to stay (I see the prices have gone up since we stayed there) for one night while we waited for our flight at Ramstein Air Base. The room was clean and basic. The room was large with a king-sized bed and a large bathroom. Our room and the entire facility was quiet. It is a five minute walk to the train platform in Ramstein and about a 25 minute walk to the west gate at the Ramstein Air Base (or a 10 euro taxi ride to the air terminal).

The entrance and key lockbox were difficult to locate. It took us 30-40 minutes of walking around until we found someone that spoke German to help us and call the owner. The owner sent photos of the lockbox and entrance, but due to slow internet on my phone, the photos did not appear until long after we had called the owner do get directions and instructions and we had arrived in our room and connected to Wi-Fi. The owner is not present at the property and you can only reach him by phone call, text or WhatsApp. There is a large common area with some tables and a small kitchen for guests. It seems a bit industrial and a bit depressing as if it were an office building and the rooms have been converted from prior office space. All room doors face the common area. The cleanliness and appearance of the common area was mediocre. I saw some stains on the wood laminate floor where perhaps people had spilled coffee. That would be easy to clean. The rooms seemed to be occupied by traveling workers, possibly salesmen, that wanted the most inexpensive accommodations possible. There was no toilet paper. I sent two messages to the owner and after five minutes went out searching for some. I could not obtain toilet paper from the common area bathrooms but a guest in a different room gave me a roll of toilet paper from his room. The shower has no shower curtain. The king-sized mattress was comfortable, but the it only came with a fitted sheet and two comforters. I found a long hair attached to the comforter so I wondered if it was really clean. The pillows were uncomfortable. My pillow was filled with feathers and they poked through the pillow case and were scratchy. My wife was not happy with her pillow either. If we had to stay in Ramstein one more night, we would have stayed at a hotel.

weird smell

Very fancy beds add character to this newish room. The private bathroom was large and immaculate. TV and desk/chair were absent, but if you need a low cost place to sleep only, this is it. There is a communal kitchen and grocery store around the corner as well as a bakery on the ground floor that opens at 7am. The elevator works.

Walls aren't particularly thick, but there was no noise during my stay.

Excellent value and in a great location. It's the place to stay for me whenever I'm in the area.

It tool a little bit of time to find the right door!

There was no staff at the building. It was difficult to get into the place due to poor instructions.
