The breakfast was really good, especially we appreciated having the chance to squeeze our own orange juice every morning.

Сніданок сподобався,розташування зручне, близько від аеропорту і не далеко від Палермо,зручний пляж, без медуз)))
Було б краще, якби пляж відкривався раніше, хоча б о 8 ранку, а краще о 7.

Bel albergo fronte mare buona posizione bellissima vista...camere ristrutturate e comode. Colazione potrebbe migliorare.

Povera Italia…

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Restaurant food was tasty, good choices and plentiful.
Location was great.
There were alot of dangerous areas. Hidden Spikes in the lawn, a broken deck chair which resulted in a badly severed finger.
The first aid person prevented infection, but it really needed the attention of a qualified Doctor, which has resulted in permanent scarring and nerve damage.
Our room, 216, air conditioner kept reverting to 28°c when we left the room.
When we booked, through booking.com we booked 1 double room for 2 adults and one 2 room suite for 2 adults and 2 babies.
We did not get this, which made it cramped and uncomfortable for the family, all being in one double room.
Fridge was also not cold enough to properly chill drinks.

food was excellent - had only booked b&b but decided to have either lunch or dinner most days as restaurant was so good
location is good for beach
unfortunately both hotel website and info sheet provided said that hotel had 3/4 pools open may to september - unfortunately not one of these pools was open so was extremely disappointed as that was main reason for booking

I liked the proximity to the sea and the friendly staff.
The noise from the corridor was heard very well in the room and was disturbing in the evening.

the location is amazing. We had brakfast and dinner every day at the hotel, the food is very good. Our room has clean, with a big balcony and a huge shower. I truly recoand the location for relaxation.

The cleanliness of the property was second to none, while the facilities look like they could be good in the peak season. The room was modern with a decent sea view and a good shower and toilet.
The room lacked some normal amenities, like a kettle and iron and ironing board.
The food from being half board was average, with limited option and all signs in Italian. This was compounded by the vast majority of the staff not speaking any English and thus avoiding questions.
The car park was described as large, but was in reality much smaller, with room for roughly 10 cars.

Clean well equipped room with balcony. Grand breakfast room with a great spread and super view over the sea.
On the outside this place looks completely run down, making the clean rooms even more surprising. The car park is temporary because of all the renovation work going on. Isola delle Femmine is pretty run down as well, quite depressing.

Staff at front desk ok
1. Lack of facilities stated on the booking.com page were available - should not be allowed to advertise services not available.
2. Builders woke us up by working on adjoining rooms between 7.30-8.00am
3. Had to move rooms at hotel request because of a group booking.
4. New room was smaller (one bed instead of two) so we did not get what we paid for.
5. Kept awake night before flight with hundreds of school kids shouting and screaming outside rooms until 11pm.
6. Lots of building work going on - need to disclose before accepting booking as not pleasant stay.
7. Management did not respond to our complaint in writing which we made on day of exit, nothing since.

Unfortunately, nothing! The pictures are not reacting the reality, I was attracted to them but in reality, the place is completely different. The property has been rated as four stars but it is more of a budget hotel like Travelodge in London.
I paid around £75 for a dusty room, the receptionist was smoking the vape in the reception once we arrived for the checking and she also was on the phone instead take care of us. The room allocated was a noisy room with only a summer blanket. Adding the fact that once I complained she move to another room which was linked with another one and the wall for too thin that we coups do not sleep all night due o the gentle next door that was reapetly talking and laughing. The morning was not pleasant, I had to complain again but this time makes me more upset as the lady at the reception was the same and once I said about the “fake rate of four starts” she replied with “I didn't have a great experience in a three-star in London” when I was talking about your hotel and the rates, and four starts are hotel with higher customer service, without mold walls, a functional lift and decent look. Highly disappointed!

The Room was big, with airconand with a balcony and lovely view. There was easy access to the beach.
Lets start with the room, the balcony door continually stuck, the mold around the shower unit was disgusting. The noise from 9:30 to 12:00 in the evening was horrendous. The nightly evening entertainment was so loud I was so happy I had earplugs but even through them I could hear the horrendous music aimed at +70 year olds. The house cleaning crew came round between 9-10 always as we were getting ready and this was the only option and would not do it later.
Food - Basic and not what you might expect from staying at a hotel & congress centre. Breakfast was basic except for the cakes for which there was a massive table. The coffee was weak machine coffee, and if you wanted an authentic Italian coffee you had to pay extra! The fruit was tinned peaches and there was some fresh fruit but it was hard unripe whole peaches or pears. Dinner was just as bad; although the starter buffet was ok the main course was bland and boring. The dining hall was huge which shows who they cater towards. Large groups of Italians. Nothing wrong with that but we had expected a more international environment which this was NOT!!!!
There is nothing international about the hotel - its target are Italians and this is who it caters for.
The pools seems to be closed off with ropes our entire stay - late Sept 22. The beach was good - probably the best part but everything was closing down and you got a sense of the staff closing up parts and taking down things all around you, wasn't very welcoming.
There are little amenities around this hotel, a couple of cafes and that is about it along the street. The whole area looks very run down and dirty. We eventually hired a car and spent our days away exploring and found some lovely areas.
I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for good Italian food, an international feel, fun entertainment and a lovely area to explore around the hotel.

- very poor condition, the hotel has seen better days
- lots of noise, can literally hear everything from the hallway and neighbouring rooms
- location was very bad
- rooms were large but very poorly decorated, if at all decorated
- staff not friendly at all
- lots of other events/parties going on, weddings, etc.

The meals were fresh and the staff very friendly. I recommend learning Italian to take part in some of the entertainment but the holiday reps were very good at informing you of the activities such as salsa, aqua gym and drama shows as well as darts and guess the song games. I felt I understood Italian a lot more from my one week stay and for a first time resort experience it was lovely. Two pools and two pool bars. Two coffee bars indoor but mostly the one near restaurant was in use. Lovely stay, hope to return and loved swimming.
Spa was not available and air conditioning broken in bedroom but to be fair we didn't let hotel know air conditioning was broken.

the front desk staff was helpful, Martina in particular and Giuseppe the boat captain
This property was rated as 4 star and is at best 1 star. The photos online misrepresent the state of the property, it is old dated dirty and in need of a complete major renovation. The beach area is nice but the bathroom facilities are disgusting, no toilet seats, no toilet paper, broken chairs on top of each other and the entire system for assigning chairs is archaic.
The sleeping rooms are adequate at best with barely any air conditioning, balcony overlooks a roof that looks like war zone, requested additional towels and never received them. Refrigerator barely cools.
The pools are old, dirty and in need of resurfacing, not enough lounge chairs if u want to sit at the pool.
The amenities are inconvenient, 3 coffee bars but only one open outside. Restaurant food is mostly fried and not much healthy options.
