I was very happy with the room! It was clean and comfortable and was also nice to see the pool and some of the beach not far from my window. The staff was nice overall. One of them even gave me a treat from the hotel to celebrate my birthday. The pool was really good, clean and good temperature, and not too busy. There was a good lifeguard. I was there for breakfast which was also good. There was a nice variety of foods. The staff there was also very helpful.

Overall staff was nice and helpful. I was upset that one receptionist was tired and first he told me they had no rooms available, but when I booked online he saw they did have a room without a balcony as shown online and he gave it to me. If they say they don’t have a room available, check online. I was also disappointed that It was an extra 40 shekels to use the gym and spa but it was still so worth it since the price for the room was very good.

Superbreakfast that makes you full all day; swimming pool is cosy and clean lifeguard is very friendly and helpful keeping eye on the kids while i left to change.staff helped us setting up extra beds and get channels working on the TV

I liked the room design, big windows, friendly staff, very good breakfast even if you have allergies/ diet. I liked the restaurant in lobby and I think that’s all… breakfast is really very good!

1. the guy in reception was a bit….not interested in his work. 2. he gave me key from broken room 3. my room (703) was not very clean (there was a top from shower gel bottle) 4. the aircon is really terrible noisy. even I was SO TIRED I didn’t sleep well. generally all the ventilation system is terrible. can’t breathe and can t open window. all wet. 5. for the welcome is popcorn was weary strange 6. I asked to wake me up, they didn’t. 7. the receptionist didn’t gave me any bill 8. I should keep in mind the receptionist doesn’t have change! for the the morning shift didn’t know about it!!!

Management of of the service team was non-existing: on several days the room was not cleaned at all. No manager was available for the complaint, the promised call-back never happened nor was there an apology. Guests cannot call reception or any other section in the hotel. They need to dial "0" to reach a service line in Eilat where repeatedly no one answered so the only solution is to go down to the reception. Room and bathroom fixtures were run-down and dirty: mold on the silicone in the bathroom, thick layers of dust in the room, the pool was out of order and empty. In summary: the great location deserves a new management and some investment

We paid extra for an "executive double room with sea view" which was a joke. The room was the same as the others and there was only a sea view if u stood in a corner of the room and craned your neck (picture attached) Staff was super unhelpful. Room had not been renovated in many years and there were cracks on the walls. Totally felt like a waste of money. A cheap air BnB would have been way better.
