The apartment is a few minutes from the beach. The pool is comfortable.

The apartment is dirty and feels old and not taken care of. It has not been properly clean for a while. For example the bathroom has no shower curtain which makes the room wet and damp. We also found used articles from former visitors in the apartment. We missed air-condition in the apartment.

The location was close to the beach. The complex also had a good pool. It was a good base to explore the Cote d’Azur.

The apartment was very dirty. It was superficially cleaned only. The kitchen and outside was infested with ants throughout our stay. Whilst we stayed there we ensured all rubbish was outside the apartment and the surfaces were kept clean. The crockery was minimal - two cups , one of which was cracked. The glasses were unclean too. On arrival, there was old food left in fridge, no water as one would expect for paying over a 1000 euros. Also a 500 euro deposit IN CASH was outrageous.
