The apartment was lovely, in a lovely location and Tequise is lovely and close enough to walk.
The main disappointment was we booked this because it has access to a lovely pool, as advertised. However, there was NO KEY to allow us to access the pool. Unless someone else was in, who was kind enough to open it for us to be able us access. There were days this was not possible, so we could not use the pool. On one occasion my daughter got locked in and we had to knock on doors to find someone to open the gate. I emailed the owner and he replied after some hours and advised there is no key as it has been lost or damaged and suggested we could climb the wall and walk round. I am 58 and don't want to be climbing walls and there is a failry steep drop the other side too.
On looking at the historical reviews it appears this has been an issue for OVER A YEAR. And appears to still not been resolved yet is still advertised as pool available.
We would NOT have booked if we knew there was no key to access the pool, as this was a main reason we booked it.
The complex appears to have residents also, and it was made clear to us by another resident we should have a key. Hence to shut the gate leaving my daughter inside.
In my opinion this is falsely advertised and we would not have booked if we knew about this.

The location of the villa is ideal, just a 10min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants even closer. The only disappointing thing is there is no access to the pool, if you don’t expect it, you can’t be disappointed. The beach is really nice though. The villa itself is nice and spacious with a small outside balcony area, 3 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The facilities are good too, including microwave, cooker, kettle, washing machine and utensils such as cutlery and mugs etc. All in all a really nice place, just think they need to stop advertising the pool until they get a key for it.

Very dated property, not as advertised as still no pool key , sun loungers dirty mismatched chairs and rusty table outside, decking tha needs treating with a little mouse to entertain you.
DVD works intermittently (dodgy scart lead ) matressses and quilts and covers need replacing … same ones as 2 years ago and they needed replacing then..
dishwasher broken wheels, washing machine leaves Marj’s on clothes , got locked in as handle sheared off. Whole place needs some money spent on it and updating . .

The property is clean and tidy although it is getting a little old and rough around the edges. The dishwasher has wheels missing and is rusty inside. The upstairs double bed is merely a camping bed and very uncomfortable. There are old tiles and bits of wood piled up in the entrance area. The main problem we had was that there wasn’t any key to gain access to the pool area which was one of the main reasons we booked the Villa so we’re very disappointed. The description for the Villa on Vrbo includes the use of the pool. Overall the Villa needs updating and access to the pool area…

No pool access which after asking owner before arrival he confirmed and offered me £26 refund and said there was another pool a 5 minute walk away , it was 15 minutes ! Apartment is tired and in need of some TLC. The decking on patio and entrance is disgusting lots of dirt and debris between slats which can not be accessed to clean . Peeling paint in bathrooms and on vanity units would not use them to put my toiletries in. Broken seat and foot stool held together by washing line in living room . 2 broken sun loungers . Miss matched patio furniture . Rusting dining table and chairs . Broken runner on rusty dishwasher. Michelle the property manager is extremely helpful and the apartment is clean but very tired . The view from balcony is lovely . With a little bit of money and care put into this apartment it could be amazing and the owner could charge a lot more .

The property was well located nearby beach restaurant and shops. Inside the property was a delight, well catered to our stay and suitability. Communication with manager and owener was good, very helpful and attentive, Would definitely stay here again :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely 3 bedroom apartment. We couldn’t ask for more - the place was spacious and fully equipped with anything you may need and was very close to the shops, restaurants and beach.
Communication with the owner was great and all questions were answered in a very short time.

The Villa is better equipped and more spacious and comfortable than the advertisement suggests; the stay was wonderful except for not having access to the pool (we had no answer about the access key all week) and the difficult communication with the owner who has not answered any of our communications regarding the pool or compensation for not having access (the pool was one of the reasons we chose to rent this Villa).

First, I have to say that Darren is really quick and very easy to communicate with. Both before and during holiday. He is also really helpful in advising stuff about holiday. Second, Michelle who is the local contact is phenomenal and again, so very helpful. Both go above and beyond to me.
Apartment may need a bit of updating decor wise but with 3 lovely double bedrooms, fantastic views and brilliant location - it truly is somewhere we would stay again.
The one downside is that the owner is waiting for a replacement pool key so you have to rely on gates being open to get in and out.
Not sure the photos of the apartment do it justice though. It really is very spacious and a large balcony makes it ideal for sitting out whatever time of day.

Just spent a week with my family here, what a fantastic place, had everything in place. Plenty of space, and great location, close to shops and bars, 10 min walk to the beach. Ideal for families.

We loved our stay at this property and would return. Location and space in property are great. The owner and property manager helped us instantly with a couple of issues we had on arrival which again was great service. The pool is lovely and not busy which we enjoyed.
We also hired the property next door as we were travelling as a large family group , this worked really well.
It is only a 10 min walk to the centre of resort and all the lovely restaurants.
This property offers great value for money.

We had a week break at this apartment, situated a few minutes walk to the supermarket and a few bars and restaurants. Apartment was clean had all what you needed, the pool area was great although the water was cold due to the time of year. Weather was great all week. The decking area is a sun trap has the sun all day . A great peaceful break. Thanks

The property is in a perfect location for shops, bars beach. Pool area clean and well presented, pool water cold. Property was a great size but unfortunately furniture very dated, needs a complete overhaul, including patio furniture, some of which were broken. First impressions at entrance was like a builders yard with tiles and timber. But all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant villa
What an amazing villa, the views are absolutely therapeutic, lovely friendly area but 5 minutes to lovely restaurants and 10 to the beach. The villa was very spacious I don’t think the pictures do it justice. Will definitely be back. Very well equipped everything has been thought of. The only thing I add which would be icing on the cake would be maybe some new curtains/bed linen. Thank you for a wonderful 4 weeks with lots of lovely memories

We have just returned from a lovey week at this apartment. Great location in a quiet area but easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach.
The apartment has all that you need for a lovely relaxing holiday & the pool area was quiet and very clean.

Ideal location , comfortable and well equipped
Quiet area in residential complex but only 5 minutes walk to main avenue . 300 metres to nearest supermarket where you will also find a range of bars and restaurants. Due to COVID about half were closed on my visit .Owner responsive to all enquiries .

We found the accommodation exactly as described in the advertisement. The contact to the landlord was very pleasant and even with a minor problem, the response and help came immediate. The beach and shops are easily accessible on foot in about 15 minutes. The the community pool and the complex are very well maintained. There is a private parking space directly in front of the property.
As a little tip, I would like to recommend the Casa de la Playa in Arrieta (easy to find through Google maps). Right on the sea with freshly caught fish and very nice waiters.
All in all a very beautiful vacation, gladly again!

Large apartment well equipped comfortable beds, terrace ideal for two people could get a bit crowded with six, nice walk to the coast, lots of restaurants to choose from, bienmesabe is gorgeous if you have a sweet tooth.

Just back from a lovely week. This is the nicest apartment we have ever stayed in at Costa Teguise. The pool is lovely. First time we haven’t bothered with beach. No need. It is no problem taking the sun beds down as they have wheels but there is also a lovely terrace. Very spacious. Larger than I’d imagined. Lovely sea view and no problem walking to the front, about 10 mins and we are a party of four in 60s and 70s. It is definitely as described and more. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fantastic
We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at this gorgeous apartment , absolutely wowed by everything , the amenities were exceptional , it is so spacious -more of a house than apartment !
On arrival we were greeted by some lovely gestures of water , wine , orange juice & milk in the fridge , very thoughtful .
The apartment is within very easy reach of all bars restaurants etc , only 10 minute stroll .
We will definitely be returning , thankyou so much Mel for a very memorable holiday
