This is a smaller hotel for Waikiki only 12 floors but seemed to be fully occupied so I felt that it was popular. The location is excellent, bus stop across the road and food and shopping within easy walking distance. Travelling solo I had a small room, but it was large enough for one. I had a small view of the sea from my lanai which considering the location 2blocks back from the beach was good. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The pool is my favourite part of the complex, it is a little peaceful oasis in a bustling city.

Great location to beach. Great hot hot tub. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel for the price. Room was nice. Pool was really great!

Property was simple. Nothing spectacular but had the basics that was needed if you were looking to enjoy the area not the hotel. Location was great as it was mid point to many restaurants and shops but also easy walking distance to the beach. The one blemish was that they didn’t offer daily room service and you were expected to empty your own garbages in their dumpster.

It was good if you’re looking to save and a good location but it does need to be updated. The view was amazing if you get the ocean and Mountain View. Our shower was broken and couldn’t use and it just looks like it needs a renovation, it looked more old school and not like the pictures at all. We also got a different room than what we were suppose too.

Rooms are quite small, but OK for a short stay. Front desk staff friendly but didn't go out of their way to make our stay memorable. Had to ask for the air conditioner controls. the restaurant is not part of the hotel and had limited menu.
4.0
Close to the beach in Waikiki and the International Market. Wasn't the most luxurious place to stay, but it was quiet and we had a lot of space. By we had a lot to do all over the island, so this was almost exclusively a place for use to shower and sleep. For the amount we paid, and the fun we had, it was well worth staying here.

Horrible service, very unhelpful and unfriendly staff.

The location was great for walking and driving. An older hotel that has had some upgrades but in need of some maintenance. There was evidence of leaking in the ceiling near the outer wall above the sliding door. The pool was nice and convenient when we didn't want to walk over to the beach.

I had a bice ocean view. It had coffee maker and ricer cooker!

The management is not responsive to our room services

Parking area is too small, but the entire experience was nice! We have access to another parking but 10 minutes by walk!

This stay was a mixed bag;
*The staff were oddly unfriendly and we experienced a natural gas leak via the stove in our unit that led to my husband and i getting mildly ill.
-A memeber of staff at the front counter when informed implied I was either making it up or it wasnt happening. She told me that there couldn't have been a gas leak because the cleaner had signed off on the room. When she came to our room to verify that there was, indeed, a gas leak she said she would call maintenance. When we asked if we would be miveds to a different room, we were told that she woukd try, but that it could take several hours because she would have to do a lot of searching to see if they had anything available. At this point both my husband and I were feeling the affects of the gas leak, despite having the lanai doors open. Relatively quickly, however, we were moved!
The next room was just as beautiful as the first! However, drinking coffee on the lanai, in the morning, was not an option unless we, too, wanted to be watered like the floors growing on the floor above us. Oh, well, at least we gad been relocated.
The hotel, however, is in an incredible spot! Youre a block from the Waikiki beach, Starbucks is a 10 minute stroll, there are food trucks close by, youre in the central hub for everything and anything! Rooms are clean, decor is wonderful, hotel even smells great!
We enjoyed our stay regardless!

Cute boutique hotel with condo like feel. Loved the property! Enjoyed the super cute pool area. Quick walking distance to beach, resteraunts and International Market Place. Great location! Great value! Would definately stay there again. No maid service, but it didn't bother us. Just ask the front desk for clean towels or sheets when you need them.

Affordable lodging for our mini vacation. I loved that everything was walkable to the beach, restaurants, shopping and even the zoo.

No parking on site had to walk 5 blocks.

If you think this is a fancy resort you will be disappointed, but if you have read the info this place is exactly as described. Charming rooms and at an amazing price. The pool was so lovely and secluded. Service was friendly. There are limited parking spaces
So check on that before you commit. Location is absolutely awesome. We were on the 6th floor and there was some noice but Waikiki is a noisy town. We plan on staying again best value.

The staff were great and accommodating to my request in wanting a room change. The hotel was close to Waikiki beach and we enjoyed the onsite pool. Downside to the hotel was limited parking (like 10 spots) and we had to find parking elsewhere every night.

The pictures did not match what we saw. The room was clean but furniture was old and torn. The property is extremely loud in the lower levels. Our room’s bathroom has an open window to an alleyway. We had to keep the bathroom door closed to keep the noise down but then the bathroom got hot.

They don’t clean up the room every day.

We stayed for 5 days and not once was our room cleaned or were the beds made and the only reason trash was picked up and towels changed was because we went to the desk and asked for that.
Parking is an absolute joke. But we were warned about that. I suggest that arrangements for parking be made thru another hotel nearby.
It was noisy because of the building next door.
But, looking down into the pool area it was great to see 2 pairs of fairy terns nesting in the trees. They are an endangered species and each morning they were out flying around. Very nice that the hotel property is protective of them.
We did enjoy our stay. And would use this property again.

The bathroom/shower room was heavily molded. Also, we had to wait for four days for the extra towel we requested multiple times. Be cautious before booking because there is no room service throughout the entire stay even if you pay for room service. Also the garage is extremely cramped and you may not be able to park there because there isn’t enough space.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two full weeks. Throughout our stay, the front desk staff were all very friendly and always did their best to accommodate when it was in their power to do so. The hotel overall is dated, though this didn't really impact quality of my stay. The room was just adequate. There was a smell to the room overall. We got a room with a kitchenette so there were some dishes and utensils available. The coffee maker is a two cup coffee maker and the coffee provided was terrible. The hotel did provide one dish towel, a sponge and dish liquid. They also replaced these items when needed. To renew towels we had to go down to the front desk to replace them, which they did without issue. PLEASE NOTE: the cleaning staff is NOT directly connected to the hotel. They are contracted out. We were informed that the room would be cleaned once per week upon request we just had to ask the day before we wanted it cleaned. However, this did not happen. It was five days AFTER asking that my room was cleaned and that was after I had to ask three subsequent times. So, in two week stay we had our bathroom and floors cleaned ONCE. I was doubtful that the bathroom was cleaned upon arrival because the tub looked much cleaner after asking for housekeeping. The TV in the room was a smart TV. Its a good thing we did not go to Hawaii to watch TV because it only worked half the time we stayed. The laundry room was very convenient and as was the ability to get beach towels

The parking was difficult underground and very tight . The location was awesome only 2 blocks from beach. Lots of food options in walking distance. The pool and backyard was my favorite evening place to sit in the hot tube and chill!!

Stayed 16 days, Room smelled bad upon arrival and until it was cleaned on day 13. We were told to leave patio door open and air conditioner on to get rid of smell, but it stayed until room was cleaned. Even though we asked twice for the room to be cleaned, it was not until I spoke to the manager it was cleaned on the 3rd request. Location to beach is the best part. They will give you fresh towels and other supplies at front desk when you ask, but not having our room cleaned for so long was an issue for us. Place needs updating. Beds are not comfortable and pillows are flat. We will not stay again.

Nice, clean hotel with great amenities. Close walk to the beach and great variety of restaurants nearby. The only down side is the parking garage layout and access in and out.

Although I can count on one hand of any bad reviews I've ever left through years of hotel stays, I felt it's important to let all know of this property. I paid for a 1br suite with a queen bed, but front desk checked me into a suite with a full bed w/pull out sleeper. The deal breaker between this property and the Hilton across the street, was its impressive swimming pool which had a "full service" pool bar & restaurant. After checking in, we visit the bar and learn this bar doesn't serve alcohol, as they never renewed their alcohol license in over 4 years. (This bar and pool area has so much potential) The next mrng, my wife calls housekeeping for new towels. We realize rooms are not serviced for stays less than a week. Hence why this property charges a ridiculous "cleaning" fee at time of check in. In my case, my two day stay was added a $205 cleaning fee. This is not a deposit, but a mandatory fee. When speaking to Priscilla at front desk, all guests are assessed this fee, and there's no way to avoid it, other than staying elsewhere. Regarding vehicle parking, it was also told to me this property had only 10 parking stalls in their basement. A slip of nearby hotels that can accommodate my parking was given to me at check-in. So we had to check-in, then park the car at the banyan, several blocks down the road. I really feel bad for older or disabled guests staying at this property. The only thing we liked was the size of the room.
